Ruta that works here is the worst person to talk to. She was very rude and not considerate. Although the car rental was nice, their customer service is very bad. I returned the rental at 4:45pm the prior day from the return day which was set for 9:30am. Ruta was rude asking for a 1/4 tank of gas which was used and had a way off projection of the miles I put on the car. She said I drove 50 miles but I actually drove less than 12. After 5mins of back and forth talking where she was very aggressive, I told her that her sales guy didnt explain that I had to fully gas up the car. He didnt mention it at all. I did read a sign in the sales office that the car could be returned with any amount. Seeing that I didnt bother and didnt get any word from the sales guy that it was necessary. Most business handle their customers with respect and work with them so they are happy. Ruta did the opposite, she kept interrupting me speaking and she said go ahead and pick up the car and gas up for the only 1 gallon of gas used. No consideration of me returning the car way early or not hearing a warning from her sales guy. Do not go here unless youre okay with service like this.

Worst experience ever me and my husband bought a car took forever the person helping us stopped and started helping someone else so we had to continue to wait while we were in mid process of buying our car then they gave us the wrong Down payment info so we had to run our credit again with another lender we took the car we were happy until we got a phone call saying our car was pending review for repo because there was insufficient funds but wasnt the case the check was not signed which no one cought and then we personally took a cashiers check to them and they ran our down payment twice so now we are negative $2,000 worst experience ever would not recommend them and still waiting to hear back from the company on whats going on mean while me my husband and kids have no money for anything while we wait and they take their time

Had some issues with my rental due to credit check, which is understandable. But the process to get a refund has been ridiculous, called once and one rep stated he refunded me and when I called back a week later that rep stated the refund had never been processed! Asked to speak to supervisor and was given the runaround. Ive spoken to maybe 6 customer service reps via online chat, on the phone and as well as in the location and ALL were had terrible customer service. I recommend Enterprise, the easiest way to rent and the best customer service.

I rent cars from here for work a lot and sometimes they do ok, but sometimes its miserable. I have witnessed them trying to push the insurance on people who dont need it. One worker literally was trying to get this lady to get the pre-paid gas. I was standing next to her waiting to turn my car in and it was taking forever. I hate pushy rental dealers so I told the lady she could buy gas before turning it in and it would be cheaper. The rental guy wasnt happy with me, but o effing well. Stop cheating people and treat them with respect.

There was a long wait to get the car and we were on a tight schedule so I deducted one star. But the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. And when the car arrived dirty inside and out (it was the only van they had and I could not wait for it to be cleaned), they made a small adjustment on the price. Check in was very prompt and efficient. We liked the Chrysler minivan a great deal, it was perfect for a family of 7.

Had a car breakdown due to the dealers fault, had to get a rental that they said they would pay for and ended up here. Filled the tank before I went back and they said i under filled and they charged me $50!! So they basically were paid by the dealer and myself . I will not be returning and do NOT recommend this business .
