Very nice to have a loaner available but had to wait almost 45 minutes to get it. Service was done well but I was quite shocked after having my car an extra day for warranty work that my car was very dirty and was not washed for pick up. It was cleaner when I dropped it off. Ive never had a high end luxury car not sparkling clean after being serviced. The dealership is under construction so not sure if that had anything to do with it. Im told the construction will be going on for over a year so they better figure out some way to give a better customer service experience. If there was a closer Jaguar dealer I would go there until they finish remodeling.

I had no key for the wheel locks in my trunk and was told it had to be ordered because they were specific to each car. The key lock looked pretty generic to me, but no matter. The staff is friendly and courteous and helpful, no issues there; but in October I was told I needed some sort of computer part from England to fix a glitch in the software that kept showing an error message on my screen that was not accurate. 4 months went by until the key lock problem arose and I went to the dealer. I mentioned this error message situation again, but its been another month and still no response or action to get whatever part needs to fix this error message.

My opinion is RUN from their service department. I did after they failed to diagnose a problem in the exact area I asked them to look. After picking up my car and being told "that nothing is wrong with the car", I get on the freeway and the check engine light comes on after 10 min. I returned to the service center right away and checked the car back in. A few days later I get a call saying that its a $5K+ repair. I never got a satisfactory answer as to how they missed a $5K problem the first time. In my opinion they are shady or incompetent. Either way I will NEVER got back for anything, let alone a new car.

I have driven luxury cars for a long time but theyve always been pre-owned. So when I made the decision to factory order a brand new Jaguar XJR sport it was a monumental step up from the cars Ive driven before not to mention a huge financial commitment.
