First off Chuck & Brian your threats no longer work, my truck has been paid off for over a year now & my pink slip in hand! Now that I can speak my mind about how horrible this place is without getting the threats of my truck being tooken away. I just want to take the time to let you all know that this place is the very last place you want to ever have to go to. At first all the guys are very laid-back & love tossing out promises but at the end those promises are never kept & there additudes change a great deal. 3 days of a run around with getting the vehicle I wanted & not what they wanted to sell me & forcing me into getting there insurance because they didnt like that my insurance wanted every little detail & every single question answered completely & truthfully. Then Chuck & Brian threatened me about taking my truck back & giving me half of my down payment back after I called them the same day I got my truck. I called because after going thru all the paperwork once I got home, it stated I just bought a 3 row seated truck which it was only a 2 row seat & the back window wouldnt roll up or down, the water pump was leaking, the check engine light went on right long with the ABS light, the cruise control didnt work at all, the defroster didnt work at all, the AC didnt work at all, the passanger viser mirror was broken & there was an oil leak. They didnt want to fix any of it, gave me a run around, argued with me & in the long run the guys got away with there treats, broken promises & also got away with not doing anything to fix the problems. I then just didnt want to deal with any more of there drama & just took my truck to the ford dealership & had them check it there. It may have cost me a pretty penny out of my own pocket but at least I know the truck is a good running truck that will last me now. After all said & done a few months later I switch my truck over to the insurance company I already had & then got a call my Chuck complaining about how I wasnt allowed to do that so I took a copy of my insurance to them & said Im allowed to have any insurance company I want as long as I have full coverage (which is stated in all the paperwork) after an hour of them calling the insurance company to verify they let me finally leave but it didnt stop there, every time I made my payment (which was always a week or 2 early) they would try to claim I didnt have insurance so I would have to call my insurance company to forward them a copy of my paperwork that clearly showed I was fully covered.. I will never buy another vehicle from here again, nor will I ever recommend this company to any of my friends or family!

I accidently hit two stars i give it a zero...this place is the most unprofessional car dealership i have seen having what i though would be a nice lunch with my mother it rudley got interupted by a salesman who was acting like a madman yelling at a lady that who. Clearly was trying to get away from this man who i later found out to be one of the owners..he was belittling her yelling at her. Chasing her as i watched in shock he continued his bad behavior even after seeing the lady crying and visibly shaken in fear of that man...he screaming loudly "REPOSSION GIVE ME MY KEY" repeatidly in her face.i was afraid for this ladies saftey i was going to call police as i was reaching for my phone someone pulled up picked up all her belongings on the street from the car he was yelling about they quickly put her belongings into the other vehicle of an elderly gentleman who was clearly upset..i wish i knew who this lady was so that i could contact her and encourage her to take legal action on that man. That works at the dollar bill dealership ..from reading other reviewsththis place is terrible i seen thee fear in her eyes it saddened and frightend me an i was worried about her well being.the personal experience of what i seen and heard you should be very ashamed and embarrased of the conduct that was displayed that afternoon,.i will highly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from your establishment..the poor lady was visibly shaken as well as the elderly gentleman that was with her..its a clear case of harrsment intimidation and humiliation and the behavior of the dollar bill employee is and was truley un called for..dont we have enough of this bad behavior from some kids and to see a full grown man acting in a uncivilized manner. Is pathetic...

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! **Update because of the response: yes my other review is of the competition. Thats because they provided me with better customer service and a car in working order! I guess this is why dollar bills customer service sucks... They spend all their time in social media trying to discredit accurate reviews. BUYER BEWARE!! The last week of October, I went to look at cars at DOLLAR BILL AUTO SALES in Visalia. After finding a "wonderful" van and taking a test drive(which a Trac light came on during,) we decided we wanted it. We were approved for financing. After a couple of days of getting all the necessary paperwork together and them writing up the paperwork, we were finally sitting down to sign our contract. I decided to do one more pass around the chevy uplander. I noticed oil all over the bottom of the oil pan. When I asked them about it, they said it was no big deal and that I COULD PAY TO FIX IT! Now I dont know about everyone else, but if Im buying a car, I want it to be in good condition, especially if there is a dealer markup from the blue book value of the car. So I asked them to fix it since it was "no big deal-probably something small." I talked to the owner and he said no- that he would have to add the repair to the price of the vehicle. So I want to let everyone know that DOLLAR BILL AUTO SALES, while seemingly nice with nice sales people (joe was very sweet,) they are just another CROOKED car lot. Dont waste your time or money on these people.

Great atmosphere. I was helped by Chris who was relatively new ( I only know this because he mentioned that he had a few days on the job) but otherwise I would have said that he was an experienced sales man. He spoke with lots of knowledge and he knew his inventory. This auto dealer is not your typical used auto dealer they offer complementary car washes and a 90 day warranty on their vehicles ( where else can you get this special treatment) did I mention its Free. Thats right unlimited free car washes. I drove 80 plus miles just to come to purchase my vehicle here after I read the reviews and I am completely satisfied. Dont think twice about this place. Go in and ask for Joe. He is another sales man who was very helpful and tried to accommodate to our needs and stayed well within our budget. Joe kept in contact with us throughout the process through his personal phone. This place will exceed your expectation, without the pressure. We will definitely recommend our friends and family!
