The price was good; however, we were told that the Jeep would be delivered the next day, which changed. They wanted us to drive there runner car back with us so the next day the runners would need to drive the Jeep over only (they were too Old folks). The next day we had to sign a paper and have it notarized in our home state and they made us pay for it! The Jeep is sitting in our garage as we cant drive it because we dont have any paperwork for it so we cant get tags/plate or even a temp plate. They said this will take two or more weeks to get maybe. Then this is the part that is BAD, the wife was looking for the Jeep book that is the owners manual, operation manual and the warranty stuff. NOTHING was in the Jeep so we sent FIVE e-mails to them asking for all of our paperwork and NOTHING, just nothing! They dropped us like a hot rock, is that the way to do business? We find it VERY HARD to start paying the monthly bill for our new Jeep if we cant register and drive it nor can we understand all the features of it as well. Up to date: Well its been weeks and nothing, no MSO to me or the MVD in Yuma AZ as we have called several times each week. The MVD in Yume has also called Cabral (Jeep Dealer) and were told they are short handed and dont have the person to do the paperwork at this time. We got the Jeep the week of the 6th of August and still have the Jeep in the Garage and no paperwork so we can get a temp plate or a permanent plate. Also nothing on the Loan to buy it either. Well for a $10,000 down we now have a new Jeep for sale for $10,000 cash, no paperwork so take it south.........

I took my 2005 Suzuki to get the recalls repaired. I called a week in advance to have the parts ordered and schedule an appointment. This was supposed to be a two hour service repair that ended up being 4 days long because they did not order all the parts to fix the recalls on the vehicle. So I was without a car for 4 days. When I called to see if my car was ready to be picked up (they did not call me like they were supposed to) they told me that my daytime running lights no longer worked and I would have to be charged a diagnosis fee to see if that had to do with the recall or not. Keep in mind this recall was to REPAIR the daytime running lights, not to ruin them. Another recall on the vehicle was on the water pump, it was to be replaced along with the timing belt and new engine coolant was to be put in. I have had this car for 2 years and drive it everywhere possible and never once has this car overheated on me(or any other problems). Now my car overheats completely. The service advisors were extremely rude and kept cutting me off every time I would try and explain to them what is going on. Their service was horrible and now I have problems with my vehicle that I never had before, and they want to charge me to fix the mistakes that they made.

My experience at cabal was absolutely horrible 24 miles after purchase transmission went out quite frankly I think buying a car off craigslist is better off it will last you longer. Their multi point inspection on used vehicles is a lie make sure you get a warranty even on a used vehicles I purchased one with low miles but they new it had problems and sold it to me anyway I was without a car the next day after purchase and was out 22k the only thing they can tell me is it was as is I felt like I was dealing with criminals just trying to rip people off the happy customer you see writing good reviews are totally different they purchased new cars with warranty off course theres a warranty on it but trying to buy a used vehicles from them you will regret it trust me my vehicle I purchase from them is sitting in my front yard after salesmen told me this was the longest lasting vehicle so please dont be a victim make sure you get full warranty on used vehicles.

The team at Cabral from Bob, Allen, Cliff, Mike, Ashour and Clint have always made our experience in buying a vehicle from them feel like FAMILY. Our lastest purchased this past week June 24, 2015 was a unique one. First we traded in our Jeep for a 2015 Dodge Ram Laramie Mega Cab 4x4, the same day our other Dodge Ram SLT went in for service and needed to be there over night. The rental car services were closed so Bob gave us a loaner which allowed my wife to go back and forth to work. At the same time we were without our new truck, because it was being detailed and the truck was still in the shop waiting on parts. No fault of Cabrals. In the meantime I began to become concerned about having the loaner to long, because our truck was still having parts issues. When I mentioned this to Bob, his words where "DONT WORRY ABOUT IT" YOUR FAMILY KEEP IT AS LONG AS YOU NEED IT GREG" Thanks to Bob and his staff for taking care of us.

Theyre friendly and will haggle, but they dont seem to check the electrical systems of their cars. Confirmed by 3rd party. After sale damage to my car done by shoddy wiring that pre-existed the sale. Cabral will do nothing. Lied to me when I was nice asking for help and insulted me to my husband when he went in to ask questions. Do not do business with them. Edit 2: 3 months and they havent registered my car. When I went in angry, they said they had 6 months. Sure thats the law, but theyre making me use my car as their advertisement for 6 months because they didnt like my husbands attitude when insulted. New manager came and tried to talk me happy by taking a copy of my stereo receipt and said hed call me the next day. Two days later, no call. Three bald faced lies by three separate employees in three trips. Theyre tradhy people at Cabral Chrysler Jeep. Still love my car, though. Shame about the electrical system.

Jason, Bob, Alan, Clint got it DONE! Beautiful Dodge Durango GT with everything we need for our long family rides to be comfortable. Most importantly, the wife LOVES IT. Again, the most hassle free purchase process ever. LOVE this place and look forward to continuing business with the service department. They have earned our respect, and its well worth the drive from home to be treated well.

I requested an e-price online and was quickly contacted by both Rob and Grant, who both wanted to make sure I had received the information I had requested in a prompt manner. The information was provided via email, as I preferred (some dealerships insist you provide them a phone number before they will share any pricing information). Since I was interested in the vehicle, I called Rob to verify it was still in stock and that Rob was also available to meet with me. Rob had made sure the vehicle was ready for a test drive when I got there. We were able to quickly agree on terms and in a very short period I was in finance signing the paperwork. All in all it was a very pleasant buying experience. Im very pleased and would highly recommend checking with Cabral when shopping for a vehicle.
