My husband and I just purchased a used 2008 honda civic si from Thai lee. He was so honest, helpful and supportive..He also knows about cars very well so he can give you all the details, tips and tricks to your new car! At first we did not know what we were intrested in ....all we told him was that we were looking to buy a used car and when this honda came in...he called us right away. He saw the full potential and beauty of this car. We are first time buyers and Thai is a great sales man...he makes you feel comfortable in an environment you never been in. He didnt push us into anything, which made our purchase so much more pleasant. We didnt know how to drive manuel so he helped us test drive the car to make sure everything ran smoothly which takes a lot of trust in words. Thai also took his time in a talk through to driving manuel. Its been only two days and my husband is driving manuel like he owned one before and I havent stalled out once! Like Thai says the best way to learn is to just buy one! Thai got us a great deal and he made sure us and our soon to be car was taken care of.....and let me tell you he was not wrong...The Honda looked ABSOULUTLY BEAUTIFUL after the detailing job on it! We are very happy with our purchase and our experience with Oro Dam Auto Center!! AND dont forget to ask for Thai lee to help!

This review is for the service department, not parts or sales. I have been to Oro Dam Auto Center for several warranty repairs on my GM vehicle. They were unable to fix one simple problem two times, and GM had to step in and referred me to another dealer, who was able to resolve the issue the first trip. I had a warranty repair for a seal around my shifter performed here, and all this dealer did was tear out the existing seal and didnt replace it with a new one. This borders on fraud. I received two years of free oil changes with the purchase of my car. The first (and only) time I had my car serviced here, they sprayed oil all over my engine and delivered my car back to me with the liquid oil all over the engine bay. I had to return and discuss the issue with the service manager, who offered to clean the engine bay and provided an air freshener for the oil smell. The burning oil smell remained for several weeks after the oil change. In addition to the oil issue, they managed to dislodge a side skirt and lost two access covers from when they put the car on the lift. Every experience with the service department here has been a negative one. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer for GM service.

Last October, I was shopping around for a new truck. After much research, it came down to the 2014 Chevy Silverado or the Ram Truck. However, after going to a local Chevy dealer, I was so completely disenchanted with the sales staff (sharks), that I thought the Ram would be the way to go, or in fact, any truck other than Chevy. Fortunately I had the presence of mind to see if there was another Chevy dealer within a reasonable distance. I stopped by Oro Dam Auto Center and first met Scott Meisinger. I was so impressed with his sales technique (not a shark) that I stopped by again a few days later and Scott introduced me to Joey Spada. Joey was incredible. He went out of his way, literally, to get me the truck that I wanted; not a small feat, as I was very particular about what I wanted and did not want. I was even taken to the service department and introduced to Service Adviser Dallas Lobmeyer. What a difference a dealership makes! Not only did Chevrolet sell a truck, but they also have a very happy customer! As of today, I have put 5000 miles on my truck and I love it even more today, than when I first drove it off the lot. my wife and i took the short drive to oroville from durham and truly enjoyed our experience with the oro dam auto center. when we arrived we were undecided on what kind of 7-8 passenger vehicle we wanted. thai was our salesperson and took us from ford to chevy to toyota and was patient while we decided on a vehicle without any pressure. we were able to test drive all vehicles multiple times before my wife could decide on the vehicle of choice. they didnt give us any pressure and if we couldnt find what we wanted they were more than comforting to find or order us the vehicle we wanted. we finally decided on a toyota 4 runner and drove it away the same day. if you are undecided on what style of vehicle you want this is a good place to go. we were able to get done in one day what would of taken us multiple days at individual dealerships. it was the best car buying experience ive/weve had. i would recommend visiting oro dam auto center to anybody. thanks thai!

My Sonic was recalled for transmission called made appointment took it down they called several hours later and said they had to order the part so I went down and picked it up. A week and a half later called again and made a appointment on Wed morning Fri morning they called me and said they were busy working on other cars and didnt have time to fix mine a could come down and get it for the weekend and then bring it back on Mon needless to say I was upset. They had my car for two days then call and say they dont have time well what about my time making arrangements so I have transportation after I drop my car off so I can go to work. Take your car somewhere else to get it fixed. Up date took my car in Nov 19, 2014 Fri Nov 28, 2014 still no car was supposed to be a 10 hour recall now its been 8 days excluding the holiday no rental no nothing again I say take your car somewhere else dont end up like me

What an awesome place to get your vehicle. This is my second new vehicle that I have purchased from this location and the sales staff is very professional and courteous. Todd Slavich sold me my dream car, 2014 Chevy Camaro SS. No pressure and very patient when it came time for me to make my final decision. The staff pulled together as a team to make it happen and I am very pleased with my final outcome. They will work with you and your specific needs. Even when your sale is complete they don’t disappear. They are still willing to help you in anyway they can when it comes to your vehicle needs. My experience was great with Michael Tucker and Oro Dam Auto Center. I contacted Michael to initially locate a used 4Runner, but then gave it some more thought and decided on a new one. He searched high and low to find me what I wanted. Then I changed my mind again about what I wanted - still new, but with different features. So he searched again and found what I wanted. And I can tell you, as it was the end of the year, that was not an easy task. But he did find it and he got it here within the time frame that I wanted. They even got me a lower interest rate than I expected. Ive used him once before when I cosigned for another car and though that was a little easier (they had the car on the lot), he did a great job then too! Thanks so much Michael - I am loving my new 4Runner!
