We had came in and did a trade for my dodge neon, for a 1999 Cadillac sts. We ended up all together paying a 1,200 dollars to walk off the lot with it. Which was fine for us at the time since we were told nothing is wrong with the car and we agreed to pay 100 dollars a week, we signed the contract. About 2 months or so in our car started running very badly, we had to replace a cv axle in it after we broke down on the highway with our 6 month old daughter in the vehicle. We went to Meineke to get the diagnostics and the car was in such bad shape, they told us it would be 3,000 or more dollars to fix the car. We fixed what we could ourselves and put $575 dollars worth of BRAND NEW tires on the car.(because I noticed after we bought it the tires were very bad) We have been very good customers paying on time every month, came in some weeks paying an extra hundred early. So we finally decided to have Auto Express fix it for us and work with us on pricing and that we did not feel comfortable making the payment if we were not able to drive the car, to which they agreed. I have been car-less for almost 2 weeks now, calling everday to find out what was going on with the fixing of my car. They continued to put me off and tell me that the guy who fixes cars was not in at the time or they were waiting on us to make a decision on pricing and their last and final excuse was we were behind on payments and they could not help us unless we pay up what was owed. To which that was not what we agreed on. They also did a illegal expection sticker on our car for us and my sister in laws car too. Its very upsetting when me and my husband were very good and dependable customers to them. We ended up spending a little over 3,000 dollars on payments and repairs on the car. We decided to give the car back because it is not worth the 6,000 dollars they wanted us to pay. and fyi they are located at 11440 garland rd in dallas texas. by the way I have proof of all my inquires about auto express!

we bought s 06 PT Cruiser on 4/7/16...was a great experience. it went down just the way i wanted it to happen. Barron was a super cool dude, easy to talk to & just made the experience really easy. car runs excellent, no issues and drove it 60 miles back home. still with no issues. next time i need a quick car and have a pocket full of money, i know where im going and i suggest you give this place a fair shot. dont believe all the bs/negative hype till you experience it yourself. Mike *update... i took my car to NTB for new tires & anyone who knows anything about cars knows theyre very skidish on what theyll work on...they told me this vehicle was in top notch shape.. brakes were like new... all fluids were up to par.. the front end was tight. etc etc. weve done some extensive cleaning to it and it looks close to new. its very quickly turning out to be a "one of the best cars ive owned" kind of thing. Props to Auto express. im not a paid actor and what not. just a regular guy with a family that got a great deal. thanks again. see you in August Barron.

This guy that manages the company is a liar and a disrespectful person very unprofessional. When I worked for this company I was never given a W2 form or a 1099 so I could file my taxes resulting in me losing a down payment on a house . He paid me less than minimum wage . He threatened to fire me because a patron that he didnt like came to the business , this is a public place and I had no power of who comes and goes. My days would be spent with him ridiculing me about everything he could think of while using profanity and I was only being paid $4.00 an hour. I still have all paycheck stubs and can prove all of this. He had many junk cars that he illegally stored behind a warehouse . I witnessed him knowingly sell cars to people that had many things wrong with them when they would complain he would get rude and mean with the customer even threatened customers with legal action . He treated many very disrespectful . Do not do business with this corrupt hostile company.

They sold my girlfriend a 2006 Kia Rio for $1800 and told us the only major problem it had was that the A/C didnt work but we ended going to a trusted mechanic and finding out that it had much more damage. Including a broken driver door, timing belt that needed to be replaced, bad brake pads and much much more. The cost of fixing the car was much more than what she paid for. And after informing Auto Express of the extensive damage that they neglected to tell us about they then told us they would do nothing about the situation at all because it was "normal maintenance" even though they sold us the car that way. I STRONGLY urge you to not trust them and avoid them entirely you will save yourself and your finances greatly. They will lie and cheat to sell a car no matter what the cost or who you are. I have no idea how they sleep at night knowing that they screwed over a 19 year old who gave them all her money. STAY AWAY FROM AUTO EXPRESS

Honestly one of the easiest and best buying experiences that Ive ever had. Michael was awesome and I recommend asking for him. Also, despite what some of these other junk reviews say, they are actually very honest and easy to work with! You are looking at a "No BS" type of car dealership... if you are looking at a $1500 car, youre going to get a $1500 car which Im sure common sense would tell (most) that it will need a little TLC. If you up your budget to $10k, guess what, youre getting a $10k car. Its that easy and I love it. I found a ride online, they sent me more pictures of it with detailed pictures of the (small amount of) damage that it had. I knew what to expect when I got there and was actually shocked to see that the ride exceeded my expectations. I know this is long but it is an honest and true review and I will actually make the 4 hour trip again to deal with these guys in the future!

Buying a car can be a nerve racking experience no matter where you purchase from. I was recommended to Auto Express from a friend and she bragged about the service she experienced with Barron, so I went to check them out. Now, Im not an easy sale I will ask million questions before I make a decision I cant just say "yes this is what I want" I need to really think it through. When I first went in I met with Barron and told him what I needed. A car that will get me from A to B and not cost me more money than its worth. I really appreciated the time he took to contact the banks to see what was affordable before we started the car selection, this made the whole process easier. When it was time to chose a car I knew it would be in my budget and I wouldnt feel scammed. I definitely recommend going to Auto Express, you will like the way your treated and love the car you buy.
