DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH! After months of DAILY searches online to find the "perfect" used truck, I came across Reynolds Auto Group. I do extensive research through reviews and word of mouth before Ill give my hard earned money to just anyone, and I can say I was happy to make a deal with R.A.G. I dealt directly with the owner, Rocky Reynolds! I believe Rocky said theyve been in business since 59! That says something. I took quite sometime to look my vehicle over and felt absolutely no pressure to hurry up. My family was comfortable while we conducted business. Rocky actually informed me the radio was not working on the truck I chose, prior to me even trying it. However, they are fixing it prior to driving off. They ensure that the vehicles are safe and operable in every aspect prior to purchase. Rocky even promised that he wouldnt cash the check until after I was satisfied upon pickup of my vehicle! WOW! (What dealer do you know that will wait to take your money, until satisfied?!).... REYNOLDS AUTO GROUP! That says volumes. These guys are not located in a "big box chain" dealership, but provide an HONEST, INTEGRITY, and STRESS FREE Pleasant Car Buying Experience! They are simply earning a living through GREAT customer service. Skip the everyday dealer, and give these gentlemen the opportunity to provide your next vehicle. You wont be disappointed. Think about this, people only write reviews for 2 reasons: Great experience, and terrible ones. Theres a reason people are rating them 5 STARS! See for yourself, your deserve a great experience. Not a very good experience at all. I spoke to the owner of this company about a vehicle I saw on his website, He assured me he did a visual inspection as well as had the car put on a lift and inspected the frame and under carriage of the vehicle I purchased. When the car delivered to me from the shipping company the dash board was totally cracked in half, along with the interior carpets being torn over 12" in length, taillight falling off, 4 wheel drive check engine light on. Worst of all was as soon as we drove it we noticed a sever vibration, we took it to a local repair center and they told us that the frame was damaged several 7 or more locations, the AC lines were totally crushed and the vehicle was NOT safe to drive. I even told the owner that I was looking for a save and reliable vehicle since I drive young children around. The owner did refund me my money but he promised he would refund my $695.00 in shipping cost and never did refund this part of our deal. He told me on several occasions that the check was in the mail. I never received it and now does not return phone calls or emails, Buyer BE AWARE

I puchased my truck and have ALWAYS had it serviced at Reynolds. I took it in for an oil change and had 2 nails in the tread of 2 different tires which I had puchased from them 1.5 years ago (15k miles ago). They called me and told me, I needed 2 new tires and new struts. I wound up taking it to another dealership and they plugged the tires because there was plenty of tread and said the struts were fine but they like to check them at 70k miles. Not only did Reynolds lose my future services but I will never buy a car from them again.

Very good people. My wife and I bought a Tahoe from here, good price for pre-owned vehicles. No body tried to get us to buy a bunch of extra warranties ect.. but its there if you want it Im sure. very happy with everything.
