I purchased a 2008 Lexus GS 350, the vehicle is great except for a few small issues that I would have thought would not be a problem, boy was I WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!, I drove from Mississippi to purchase this vehicle ( 6 hours ) I have called several times about the owners manual that I didnt get and I just asked about the service that was performed at the dealership before they put the vehicle on their lot for sale, I was told there wasnt no owners manual and my response was "there was one in the pictures on your website" so I was told that they would check into that and that the salesman would call me, I purchased this vehicle on Sept. 17, 2016 and I have NOT heard from the salesman ( Cory Hubbard ), you know Im really glad Im not having a major problem because I would just be in hot water because Im not getting any help so Im going to take this to another level now just because of their false advertising, no owners manuals and no top engine covers, Im into sales and I know a lot of people in Mississippi and in Dallas and the surrounding areas, and I will spread the word about how I havent heard anything or got any help with my small problems but I did spend a lot of money for this car and even though it wasnt a new car with no problems but a car thats eight years old with a few minor problems, I did drive for 6 hours and spend MY money at a dealership that I chose over at least 20 other dealerships in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and Alabama and not to mention my home state of Mississippi, I know of 6 other people right now thats in the market for a nice used vehicle and I PROMISE IM GOING TO TELL THEM TO GO ANY WHERE BUT AUTO CLASS DIRECT, because if you have a very small problem, youre just out of LUCK. I really didnt want to write this but I just had to because the customer service after the sale on a scale of 1 - 10 its a -5, just horrible, I will continue to post this until I hear from someone there.

5 star PLUS rating! This was an amazing used-car buying experience! My husband was sincerely impressed. We worked with Gary and Michael, and they were honest, open, efficient, no haggle, no pressure! The whole place is kind and accommodating! Theyre so friendly, working for the customer and their best needs, as well as the kids that tag along hahaha! We originally drove out to Auto Class for what we thought was going to be our ideal vehicle, but it turned out to be something we didnt want. In no time at all Gary found us something else to check out that turned out to be more than ideal! Michael worked us a great deal with the banks, and overall the process was fairly quick! We were so comfortable there, never felt any pressure. These guys and gals know what theyre doing, and will go the extra mile to help you through any part or the whole of the car buying process. Theyve got a shop right next door that takes care of repairs and inspections. Its a tight lot, but lots of vehicles to check out. Absolutely gotta go see these guys for that one-of-a-kind used car buying experience youve been wishing for! Were so happy.

NEVER buy a car from here!!! We bought a car here in July of 2016... today a few months later (we have only made 3 payments on loan) we were told by the ford house the motor is no good. It has to be replaced. We have already spent $1,000.00 in the last month on repairs to the truck. When we called last month to tell them the issues we were having, they said they dont do any warranty work on the warranty we bought. The also failed to tell us at this point the warranty we pAid about $600.00 extra for was already no good on the truck. They were rude and basically said you bought it as is... with a $4,000.00 deposit. We are. Ow in the process to file complaints with the DMV, the states attorney generals office, and contacting an attorney. I will be doing all I can to try and save any other person from going through what I have. Go anywhere but here!!!

After searching for a Corvette for 7 months, I found Auto Class Direct on-line. I drove up to Plano from San Antonio to go look at the Corvette. Frankie made the process fast and smooth. By far the nicest car salesmen I have encountered, and very truthful...if you are honest with him. The whole process took an hour and I was out the door in my new Corvette. Even better, I got the Corvette at almost 3k less than what was advertised. Great deal!!! The finance manager was patient, worked with me, and made the whole experience very pleasant. I ended up getting a much better A.P.R. than what I was expecting, and with a prime lender at that...(Chase). I would recommend A.C.D. to anyone and would DEFINITELY buy from them again. Im from Missouri and found Auto Class Direct on Craigslist. When I first called and talked to Frankie Wells about a Lexus they were advertising, I thought that I wouldnt be stopping by since they wouldnt come down from what turned out to be an already reduced price. But after the car and Auto Class mysteriously appeared on my phone (Id used my desktop for searching), I took it as a sign from God that this was the car I was to drive. Sure enough, it passed a rigorous inspection and they even "odor remover bombed" the residual smoke odor an extra time or maybe two. Frankie and all of the staff were super friendly. I felt no pressure to buy, just good people making a living doing the right thing for people. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from them--I am very pleased with the car and with the people!

Really wish zero stars were an option. They are absolutely horrible. I bought a car from them 3 years ago, and every thing was wrong with it. Its almost like it was repaired enough to just get it sold. I had to call several times and raise hell before they would even touch it. One year later it died in middle of the freeway. It was one problem after another form the first week I brought it home. HORRIBLE garage manager. He called me the "b" word as I was hanging up after yet another problem within 2 weeks. Thank God we were able to find a reputable dealer that bought the car from us and put me in something a couple of years ago that I have yet to have a problem with. I would never recommend this place to anyone, in fact, I make it a point to tell people just how awful of a place/people that are there.

Had an absolutely horrible experience today. I went in to get my vehicle inspected and the catalytic converter fixed , which they were supposed to do a while ago. I get there with my 6 yo son at 12:04pm. I was told it would be done by 6. I get back to the dealership and Im told that they were unable to complete the work and it will be ready in the morning. No one called to inform me of this. I was then told that they would not give me a loaner vehicle and that me and my son will have to "figure something out". New to the area so I didnt have know anyone to call. One of the mechanics gave me and my son a ride home simply because he saw how ugly they were being about the situation. No one cared at all nor tried to do anything to resolve the issue that was clearly their fault.
