Tried to call to ask a question about my phone, but every time I would try to call them, it would go directly to voicemail. Would have rather gotten a direct answer through this instead of calling a different Metro PCS to get the information that I needed. Other than that, its an "ok" store. If you need to ask something regarding your service or phone, go directly to there to get the answers you need.

Tried to call to get a question answered and the store was open till 8 must have tried calling about 15 times and never got anything but voice mail and it has been over a hour other than that it is a ok store
