Avoid these people at all costs!. I only wish I could give negative stars for their customer service alone. Ive had an incorrect charge on my account since before Christmas all due to this stores employees, and theyve refused to fix their error. Understand if you go here, youre rolling the dice with your money and satisfaction, and 90% chance you lose. I purchased a phone as a gift in December 2016 which I ended up having to return a few days later. Upon trying to return, the salesman was a complete unprofessional and fought me about my rights to return despite the store having a clear return policy during the holidays. The phone hadnt been even used. After a barrage of insults from this man, the manager was able to override the sad employee and return the phone. I thought that was the end until I had a charge appear on my bill in January for the full price of the phone. I found out that salesman had struck again and didnt properly handle the return just to save his commission, and instead had incorrectly re-charged me for the phone they had in their possession. Fast forward 3 months and Im still fighting to have this charge removed ONLY because Verizon customer service needs this store to rectify the error on their end, which they refuse to help with. Not only are the continuously disrespectful to customers, but to their own co-workers in customer service as well. Id rather go with a pre-paid flip phone than have to deal with this store again. What a shame. Please do yourself a favor and go to the Verizon at Costco or anywhere else.

Picked up my Note7 from this store on release day. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took me ~20 minutes from the time I walked in, to walking out with my new Note7 connected to the network. The staff were helpful and they didnt try to up-sell me on services or accessories. When I told the gentleman helping me that I was short on time, he made sure to work quickly to get me out of there. I see a lot of 1-star reviews from folks who seem to not want to read their billing agreement or plan terms and conditions when they sign up. "They charge me way more than I expect to pay!" "I sign up for one phone but get two phone, crazy!" Perhaps you should take the time to understand what youre signing up for. Even spending just a few minutes in the store and only talking to my sales associate minimally, I knew, almost down to the penny, what my bill would be with taxes and fees. Perhaps its simply because Pottstown is home to a certain group of demographics that are comprised of idiots. Get the new Note7 if you can, by the way. Its an amazing phone.

For the most part, the sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable about the devices and various contracts and plans, also because this is a true Verizon store their capability to do more for the customer is a plus however, there is in this tendency in this particular store to be understaffed during what could be considered peak hours and the wait can be longer that one might willing and or able to cue for. Wait times aside, they offer a variety of other products like accessories and other technological gear. In this particular area, this is the store Id recommend as they have a near full capability for purchase or service ones device or accessories. NOTE! be sure not to confuse the store i am referring to which is in the Wal-Mart complex and the other much smaller NON-corporate store up the road.

Dont go there , open a account with them, and 2 weeks later they had two accounts in my name and charge me twice for opening service, from my bank account, showed them proof and they would not fix it, return phones back, and they did not want to deal with me, and even called customer service and still they wouldnt help me they said it the stores fault and the store says it Verizon fault. Bad experience.
