I had the worst customer experience in my life from one of the employee -Dan. My wife and I went to the store to buy S8 Plus phone. He constantly pressured us to purchase JUMP, the phone insurance, and even the phone case. When we told him we only wanted to purchase the phone, he started to give us bad attitude and was appalled that we wouldnt purchase those!! He then threw down his phone in disgust to prove how strong the phone case is. But he did this in a disrespectful and rude manner. Do not go to this store, especially to Dan! I will now complain to the district manager.

Yes there was a wait but a wait.... but the 30 min I waited is small change due to the fact that the staff stayed open an extra hour to get our plan set up. Mostly due to the iOS 10 update they waited patiently while the phones were doing running then iOS 10 update then transfers our info from our old phones and didnt end up leaving till 7 on a Sunday. Good job Bryan.

The worst experience ever. Ten days ago I went to their store.,because my phone was giving me problems. They told me I need a replacement. Ten days later went back, to find out nothing was wrong with my phone. They didnt do their job right.im so disappointed with that store....

I was there for a while with the sales guy until I got what I wanted. They do seem to be understaffed specially for the lunch rush hour. They are not magicians so be ready to do some research on your problem before you go in and ask lots of questions to get to the right answer.

The employees of this store (esp. Dan) are very rude and they harrass you to buy all kind of things along with the phone. When you dont purchase phone protection, case, etc., they start being very rude. Dont go to this store! You will do better to visit other tmobile stores.

Absolutely awful! The sales guy first try to sell me the most expensive phone, and then after I told him what I wanted he actually pulled up Best Buys website on his personal phone and told me I should go get a remaned phone from there! I am done with T-mobile all together!
