the two young ladies that i asked for help with my phone today (between noon and 2 pm on 9/28/15) were extremely rude and no help at all. they said my phone was " really old"in a snoody manner and made me feel embarrassed. not a good experience at all. they acted like i was a bother to them and barely acknowledged me . they kept saying that i my phone was an old model and thats why my service was being interrupted ( even though i never had a problem with it until today) . they called customer service and the one woman kept taking my battery out of my brand new phone (i just got friday) and slamming it on the counter like garbage. never going back there again.

The Spanish girl with the black hair has no customer service very bad customer service. This girl was very rude obnoxious dont have no customer service very rude do a black couple that came in she was very rude to them & I did not like that myself, I think the store manager needs to look into the the people that he hires to treat his customers really this should not be happening in any store. I will never buy or recommend anybody to go to that store.

Horrible. Had to come several times and dealt with a representative named Rose. Very cocky and rude. She has no customer service at all and has no plans to help any customer with their issues. I actually had a supervisor call the store and speak with her and she hung up on both of us.
