The woman who "helped" me was very unprofessional and was actually no help at all. She was sitting down when I came in and greeted me. I told her that I needed help switching devices. She seen that I worked at Wal-Mart and asked me why I didnt get them to do it and rolled her eyes. I didnt get the phone from Wal-Mart. She called customer service and kept grunting and just acting like I was an annoyance. She gets so frustrated that she pushed 0 repeatedly and wondered why the phone hung up and then says she cant get anyone and to go to the Dover store because they can do it but I should just go to Wal-Mart. Again, I didnt get the phone from Wal-Mart. So, what is the point of taking my verizon phones to a verizon store to get help if they cant help you. Her asking me why I didnt just get it done at Wal-Mart really offended me how she said it. She should not be in a customer service position of she gets that frusterated with one customer. She was just sitting there doing nothing when I walked in....so I guess I crashed her party. I will never recommend anyone to go to her. She sits in the far left when you walk in. The other 2 girls seemed great. I feel I would have had a better expirience if one of them helped me. She gets 0 big fat stars.
