Terrible customer service. I went to return a birthday gift, tags off, unworn and they told me that I could not return, exchange or anything because the tags were taken off. Completely disrespectful staff. I dont know about everyone else, but I do not want a pair of $100 leggings sitting around unwearable.

It would be nice if any time I went in there someone was willing to help me and it would also be nice if I wasnt given those "you dont belong here stares" every time I went in. Its always an unpleasant experience to go to this store and Im pretty sure I wont be going back.
