Marshalls 13007 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway I am very disappointed in the lack of service I received especially from a company who professes that "At Marshalls, customers are our top priority and we want to make sure youre satisfied.". While visiting your store I found a few items that I wanted to purchase, and proceeded to the checkout area. At the time 6:50 pm on 5/30/2014 there were two cashiers at the register, one who was checking out an elderly woman and one who had just finished with a customer as I had walked up to be next in line. Now just so that you are aware, I didnt have a problem with standing there being patient for my turn. The problem came when there ended up being three associates, not including the one who was servicing the elderly woman behind the registers and, Im the only person in line standing there waiting while the associate who had just helped a customer continues to look up at me and not help me check out. In addition to having to wait there while your associates acted as if they were to busy to help, another associate from the group of three picks up the phone and calls for someone else to come to register 2. After standing there for a few minutes more and seeing no one show up to the register I decided that my purchase was not as important to them as it was to me. At that time I placed my items on the shelf adjacent to the checkout line and proceeded to walk out the store. As Im walking out, your associate watched me and my wife walk out making direct eye contact the whole time. Needless to say we went to Ross and both purchased items none of which included what I wanted from Marshalls. As I said before I am very disappointed in a store that seems to take the consumer for granted. I hate to say it but I feel that going forward this negative experience will always come to mind when I think of Marshalls. I hope you will make an effort to at least coach the employees of that store to act in a manor of what your statement professes. CUSTOMERS ARE OUR TOP PRIORITY. I didnt have the ecpe5iance in going in to this store location but I tell you the Manager Carmen at this Chantilly store #461 was truly a blessing and a help compared to the other Marshalls in Northern VA and even my own local Marshalls. The church needed a certain Item that was going to be shipped out from corporate and this store and Manager Carmen was the only operating store. The workers here truly know the meaning of customer service!!!!!

I love this place. I bought some weight lifting gloves on Amazon and they were over $12, but I found a very similar set here for $5.99. They also have great brand name clothing for super cheap. Great finds on home but they are best known for clothes. Returns are also easy but lines do tend to get pretty long. Great place to find gifts. The restrooms are disgusting.

I love that I can find a lot of stuff for cheap prices but my daughter had use the bathroom and the lady was in there for 20 minutes!!!!!!!! Sooo disappointed. They should have policy
