Disappointed in my selling and shopping experience. I brought a giant tote of plus size clothes in yesterday. All of them in fabulous condition from stores such as Lane Bryant, Avenue, Dress Barn etc. The majority was nice sweaters and lots of dress pants. They took none of them and I was told the reason was because they are only looking for skinny leg pants (mine were straight leg and wide leg). After looking around the store I was even more disappointed by my experience. The store had barely any plus size pants at all! I dont think they are considering how challenging it can be to find good quality plus size clothes at an affordable price. You arent going to sell any plus size clothes if you dont carry any. I dont know if I will plan to shop here again. Many of the other Clothes Mentor locations I have shopped at have a much wider selection of plus sized clothes.

AWESOME store! Great customer service, I always find something I love every time I go. Theres a wide variety of designer bags and Vera Bradley purses and wallets. They dont usually take my clothes but Ive noticed a good amount of clothes in there are of highest quality or still have tags on them! The employees take the time to learn my name and recognize my face when I come in, and constantly provide information about upcoming sales. This is one of my favorite stores as a college student in the working world because of their great quality, great prices, and great service.

Went in with two bags of clothes. the lady that took care of me seemed like she didnt want to be there had 0 personality. She told me it would take 15 mins to go through the bags while going through them i looked around in less than 5 mins she called me up and said she is going to have to pass on all my clothes.. The clothes i brought in where similiar to the clothes they have hanging up. she claimed they where all worn out looking.

Great store. If you are looking for a unique find with gently used/new designers in clothing, shoes and especially handbags, this is the place. I have found several Coach handbags here - one of them still had the tissue inside and was never used and I paid $20 for it. Lots of fun looking for something special at a great price.

I didnt think it was as great as Id heard it was. Items were over priced and I took in 3large boxes of work attire; tops, bottoms and shoes and they bought 2 pairs of shoes out of over 50 items... I took the rest to Goodwill, at least there someone who needs it can use it.

Super welcoming employees, they greeted me at the door and informed me of the sale they are doing. But its so high priced. I dont usually find anything here. Very clean and organized. Poor lighting throughout store.

Not a lot of inventory that is current. Prices are high for a preowned clothing store. If you are selling your clothing, dont expect to get much money.

Difficult to sell clothes back, even if they are in perfect condition they have to be within 2 years of purchase. Clean store, lots of clothes.
