My wife and I had a mixed experience here. The staff was very nice and we feel like we got a good deal on some dishes we purchased. But... Their systems are not very efficient. After paying and waiting for them to put the order together they couldnt find some of the plates and asked if we could come back and pick them up at a later date. I thought it was reasonable to have them ship the plates instead. And after they returned and rerung those items they wanted to charge us ~$50 shipping. So we said wed just come back then. So they rerung the plates again. They called my wife a few days later. She went in and got the plates. Came home and as she unpacked she realized only half the plates were there. She called and they asked her to come in a few days later to pick up the remainder. We have all the dishes now, and like I said, we paid a reasonable price for them, but you shouldnt have to make three trips. When something is out of stock, the remaining items should be shipped for free. The staff was great but the systems are not working the way they should. And because I have them my email to send us a digital receipt, I know get a promotional email about once every two days.

The store feels so snooty that I thought the wife and I were going to be asked to leave, then I realized the salespeople wouldnt stoop as low as to speak to us in the first place.
