I was pleased with the customer service skills this company has. My daughter had some furniture delivered last week. For some reason our bunked rails were not on the truck. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager as i was not happy my grandchildren would be sleeping on the floor for the night, seeing as we had already gotten rid of there old beds thinking the bunk beds were coming. I spoke with a young lady named Whitney. She was very apologetic, and handled everything in a very timely matter. When my husband arrived home, he was not pleased at all with what had happened and called back up to the store. He spoke with a young man claiming to be the assistant manager, and he seemed to not care one bit that our grandchildren were sleeping on the floor, and had my husband furious. Later in the evening, he called back. This time speaking to Whitney. She again, remained calm, and had my husband calmed down within minutes. She refunded us our delivery charge and had the drivers out at our house the next morning with our bunked set up and our grandchildren taken care of. We came into the store a few days later to receive our refund. Our grandchildren were with us, Whitney was the sweetest young lady ever. She apologized to us again, gave our grandchildren high fives & hugs and had us all laughing by the time we walked out of the store. I just wanted her to know her work is not going unappreciated. Us as customers were pleased, happy and she made the mistake right. For that we will be returning to Royal Furniture withing the month to purchase a bedroom and living room suite. Dealing straight with Whitney. Thanks again girl, YOU ROCK!!!!!!!
We several issues with getting my furniture transferred up to the store for almost a week. I spoke several times with several different people at the store and nobody could give me any answers. Other than they were having printing issues and my furniture would arrive sometime within the week but nobody could tell me a time. I spoke with the assistant manager several times and he just didnt seem to care to get my issue resolved. Finally i was able to get on the phone with im guessing the office manager of the store, I believe her name was Brittney and she was able to get me some answers. She apologized, and for all of my troubles and the wait she had our furniture delivered out to us. It amazed me how it took me over a week to get an answer and i speak with one person and she gets me taken care of within 5 minutes of being on the phone with her. I asked if i could speak with her boss so i may explain to him my issues and how great she was to resolve them but she informed me he was on vacation. She told me she was more then happy to help me that thats what she was there for. I figured what better way to share my experience then here as word of mouth goes far for a company. I was not pleased with our starting experience with Royal but did become pleased by the end of our experience.
I came into this store last week and purchased several pieces of furniture. I asked my sales person Zack while sitting at his desk if everything i ordered was in stock. He assured me that all of my merchandise was in stock and i would receive everything i purchased on the date of my delivery. The day of my delivery comes and i did not receive everything that i purchased. The drivers informed me that my two accent chairs were on back order and i would not be getting them. I was not a happy customer. I felt lied to by my sales person. Earlier in the morning i had spoken with the one of the girls behind the desk named Whitney about my delivery window time. When i called back to speak with someone about my chairs the lady that answered the phone told me she was going to let me speak with a manager. Whitney is the one who came to the phone. She assured me she was going to get me taken care of. After several minutes i received a call back from Whitney and she told me that i would be delivered by the weekend with my two chairs. I went from being upset and irritated to calm and happy. Whitney was very sweet, and i was impressed with her customer service skills. I will be returning to Royal Furniture to buy more furniture in the future. Thanks!
I thought I would give this company a chance since they had good sales going on. I normally shop with American Signature & Rooms to Go. My experience was awful. The items I tried to order in store from online they kept telling me the wrong price was online & they couldnt sale for that price. The items I did purchase they gave me three different delivery dates from the time I purchased in store till week after I was under impression I was waiting on delivery. Three different people told me three different things. I then found out that they give you an early delivery date so they can make a sale then once you do final paperwork they tell you your items go out on the next day but still no set date. After a week goes by they will give you another time frame in which they say you get a 3hr time bracket but not until the date of delivery Wich makes it hard for someone who happens to work for a living to know when to take off (remember they give you this time frame on day of delivery) or when to have someone else wait at your home for you.
I would have to say one of the worst Furniture buying experiences I have ever encountered went into the store looked around for quite a while with one of the sales people helping finally decided on a bedroom suite priced everything out just as I wanted it paid cash and Advance set up delivery time waited up until 3 oclock that afternoon for the delivery finally had to call and find out what was going on was told they had no delivery for me on the books that I would not get a bedroom suit today that it would be three more days that was unacceptable I made them refund my money in cash that day the district manager or thats what he called himself was one of the worst managers I believe I have ever dealt with in my life it makes you give at least one star to make the post cant give them 0 Stars they dont even deserve that I would give them - Stars if I could
I HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH MY DELIVERY WHEN MY FURNITURE ARRIVED TO MY HOUSE. I CALLED THE STORE IMMEDIATELY AND TALKED WITH THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER NAMED WHITNEY. WHEN I FIRST CALLED I WAS IRRITATE AND READY TO SEND ALL OF MY FURNITURE BACK TO THE STORE. WHITNEY ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD GET EVERYTHING HANDLED AND DO HER BEST TO MAKE ME HAPPY, AND SHE DID SO!!!! THE COMPANY CAME OUT AND EXCHANGED MY FURNITURE WITH NO ISSUE AT ALL. WHITNEY KEPT GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH ME DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS, SHE EVEN CALLED ME AFTER MY DELIVERY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WENT OKAY WITH MY EXCHANGE. I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN, BUT ITS ALL ABOUT HOW YOU FIX THEM AND FOR THAT I WILL REMAIN A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH ROYAL FURNITURE! THANKS, WHITNEY YOURE THE BEST!!!:)
