I purchased a living room set and dining room set, paid for them that same day 9/27/16. They scheduled delivery for Saturday, October 1. On the Friday before delivery, Brittany that works there, called me to tell me my living room suit came in and is damaged and its not her fault. First of all, thats the last thing a customer wants to hear, then for her to say its not her fault made it worse. I told her I would come get my money back. Then some guy called and said they could deliver the display they had and would order my living room set, and have it delivered that following Wednesday and pick up the display. Well that was fine with me because I had already made plans to have a gathering at my home that Sunday. I guess they forgot about me. No show up on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday with a new living room set. I called Sunday, and got Brittany again and she tells me that my new living room suit was never ordered. I got pissed off again. I called their corporate number to complain, and no one never called me back. Brittany claims the suit will be delivered on Friday but we shall see. One thing for sure, they lost a customer.

Bought a couch two years ago. Got the 1 year warranty. Inside of that 1st year we had to replace the entire couch in pieces, first the main sections frame came apart and poked through the fabric, then the chase fell apart in the same manor. Most of the cushions have torn and been replaced. In all we had 5 different repair calls. 6 months after we purchased and after we had already had to replace the main section. I asked customer service if we could buy the 5 yr extended warranty. They said no but that they would add an addition 1yr warranty. That seemed to be a nice thing, BUT the cushions are tearing up again (the design is very poor, hard to explain , but the cushions clip into the main section right on a seam so repetitive sitting pulls right on the seam). So we call and they send out a tech and he says that the couch is no longer in production and there is nothing he can do!!! So we called customer service again and all of a sudden they dont have a record of our "complimentary extra 1 yr warranty" The folks at customer service are always very rude and condescending. I will never shop here again

I am very disappointed in the quality & durability of my sectional sofa. I bought this in June & received it in Aug. The delivery men could care less about how they handled the furniture. After they left, I closely examined the couch. Well....there were cracks & chips in the wood of the R side piece of the sectional. Called them. They shipped another...but it was the wrong side & the delivery men were 2 hrs & 40 min late. :/ Another piece was shipped. Now, the center cushions are sagging & visibly losing their shape. Im single w/ no kids & rotate where I sit so I dont wear out one side. My old couch lasted 8 yrs & is still kicking in the basement. Cant believe how the quality has changed...very disappointed with my purchase. Will not buy from them in the future. Update: The springs popped out of the bottom of the couch & have damaged my hardwood floor. If I replace the entire sectional I void the warranty I paid extra for. I will NEVER by from AS again. I will be taking this issue up the corporate chain of command.

I found an armoire that I really like online, so I went to the store to purchase it and see if I liked it. Well, I walked in and no one acknowledged me. Okay, thats fine. I walked around the store probably fifteen minutes seeing if there was anything else I liked. No one said may I help you, how are you, anything. I went to customer service to see if I could get some assistance there. I waited there another ten minutes for someone to ask have I been helped. I had sales attendants stand beside me, walk around me and they never said anything or even looked at me. When I was asked have I been helped, I already had in my head I would not purchase anything from that store even if I loved the armoire. I was ready to buy that day and in full. Dont shop there. Ranks on my list as one of the worst shopping experiences. Outright rude and blatantly racist.

Dismissive and Poor Customer Service! My wife and I were searching for a dining room table with chairs. We really had our heart set on one that we really liked. However, we essentially were not approached by the staff for service. We sat in the chairs and got comfortable for 5-10 minutes. A saleswoman passed us and said nothing. I approached the staff and asked if anyone was planning on helping us. The other two salespeople looked dumbfounded and said nothing. The very same lady, who passed us, lied by saying she thought we were being helped. My wife and I promptly left the store and purchased another set from $399 Sofa Store, whose staff had excellent customer service.

We came to this store after becoming disgruntled and canceling an order at the Rooms to Go store. On the few occassions we were in there, we were always helped in a timely and respectful manner (no pushy salespeople) and picked out a sofa set, dining room set, and entertainment center. They provided the best prices and quality for the budget we were working with, and were available to help us after the sale when there was a question about the delivery date. The managers and salespeople are always very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend you check this store out if in the market for new furniture.

Never buy the extended warranty from this company we just purchased a $4000 couch from this company and we purchased the extended warranty my wife found a spot in the leather the other day and called the company to see if they would cover it they wanted to know if we used the cleaner that they sold and if we did not they were not going to cover the couch the warranty is just a sales trick do not purchase the warranty if you would like you can email me and i will tell you more about the situation

Very frustrating experience at American Signature Furniture. A piece of hardware was missing from the bed frame I purchased, preventing me from assembling it. I had to call 5 separate times, spend over an hour on the phone and speak to a manager to get the problem resolved. Two employees promised to follow up and call me back on separate occasions during the process and neither did. Unacceptable customer service.

The couch I bought from them 3 years ago already needs to be replaced I spoke with customer service and they informed me that they could not do anything about the couch not even a store credit to buy a new couch so I warn everyone not to buy furniture from a company that does not stand behind their products they sell very dissapointed in the quility of furniture and the quality of the customer service

Great experience at American Signature! The staff was very friendly, the delivery was easy and the furniture is perfection! Overall very pleased with my experience with this company. Our last set was from here and it lasted over 10 years and still going strong. They have quality furniture for a great price. I will definitely use them for more furniture in the future.
