TN is an open carry state, with a very simple law on the books. Put up a no guns sign if you dont want customers carrying firearms into your store. It was mid summer when I went last and hot as hell so I did not cover up my Belt holstered weapon because that was my right as a gun permit holder. I walked all the way ot the clothes I was intending to buy when their security accosted me and asked me to leave. The security was friendly enough but if the management of the store does not want people carrying a gun into the store whether concealed or openly then they NEED to put up the sign. These signs probably run 5-10 bucks at most unless you just make your own, then it would probably be less. I refuse to continue to do business with such lazy management in position and all my complaints about the incident have never been acted upon, there is still no sign on their doors as of this writing.

Never enough registers open. The poor girl in my checkout line was trying to leave, she turned her light out after I put my stuff on the conveyer belt. More people kept getting in her line and she asked her supervisor (I assume) to leave, as she needed to clock out at 5:30. The "supervisor" said well your light is out you can tell people to go to another line as she stared at me (mind you she was already scanning my items). If I hadnt already spent an hour in the store, I would have walked out without my items. I cant believe how rude the supervisor was. The girl wasnt incredibly pleasant either, but I felt her pain. This will be the last time I come here. Its overly crowded and the customer service is non existent. Theres a very good reason online shopping is taking off.

I have had it with this Target. I have been trying for over a week now to get a container of the up & up formula that my son likes as it is not available to order online. Apparently they had a sale (good) which wiped out their stock and they never bothered to re-stock (bad). Tonight, still no luck, and there was a puddle of vomit on the floor by the maternity section that appeared to have *ahem* been there a while. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. Barren shelves, broken clearance items, and long checkout lines are the norm. Its a hot mess. Get it together, Target.

My husband and I went to target to get some birthday presents for my son and we went browsing into the electronics section and a super helpful guy talked us through different phones and actually helped us get brand new phones, switched carriers and we saved about $70 a month on our phone bill. If you need some help saving money on your phone bill, go see Gage at target! Hes super knowledgable and honest. He made sure we got the phones we wanted, the amount of data we needed and still saved money! And we got a $200 target gift card to buy summer clothes!

Wasted an hour of my life trying to get them to order a burrito that was really good that they decided to stop carrying... frustrating part was I was given the runaround by the managers on who to talk to. Left them my name and number months ago and still have not got a call back. Guess Im going to Kroger... at least at Kroger their avocados ring up correctly. Its amazing how so many little annoyances due to poor management escalate to having to leave a review on social media.

This store looks small from the outside but is indeed a full size target. This location had a Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside. I was unable to purchase what I came for due to it being put of stock with no restock in the past few days. Target sells, clothes, housewares and grocery items. This store seems consistent with other Target locations in cleanliness and appearance. You can get in and out faster outside of peak times using self check out.

Ive stopped shopping at this store- they are consistently out of stock of items that show up as in stock online, the employees are friendly but there are so few on rotation that I cant find them, and, when I do find an employee they have not been trained properly and cannot tell me where items are located. All in all, this is an operations and education problem for this specific store. Drive to Nashville West for a better experience.

I love shopping at target but Some Staff are racist, even they destroy the environment of Starbucks which in the target, after 12 hour of my job Im enjoying my coffee ☕, the target staff communicate loudly on walky talkies in Starbuck, I was ordering coffee and paying for the bill and I am entering my credit card password. The lady work in target just come next to me, not stand in a queue. She is the same lady with walky talky.

The produce department struggles so much it may be better to not have one. Also there never seems to be enough people to run registers at night. Lastly, you do not allow alcohol purchases through self checkout? Your competitors do, so that may be something you want to get together. Edit: 5/5/17 Downgraded to 1 star. LINES TO CHECK OUT ARE TOO LONG BECAUSE TARGET WONT HIRE ENOUGH CASHIERS!

The store itself is kept up and has great deals. They are not coupon friendly and try to get an attitude even using one simple coupon. The staff is extremely rude and act like they have a thousand other places they need to be. The lines are also always really long because they do not open more registers.

Huge target with a great selection of items, especially their electronics department. The target is well organized with a friendly knowledgeable staff that are ready to find and usually around when you need help. This gadget also has a Starbucks and cafe to meet all your needs.

Its a target. Not much to say. They have lots of stuff to buy. I will comment that trying to buy beer was a fiasco. The cashier couldnt figure out how to deal with my out of state license. Hence the two start reading.Decided to leave and buy it at the convenience store.

When you hear of horror stories involving target think of this place. Rude customer service. One guy even said to another co worker he would get fired though all i was tryin to figure out was why i was being charged for a gift card. The one in Mt juliet is much better.

This is your average Target. I dont usually have to wait in line, and they have most things Im looking for in stock. Also has groceries, but I rarely would consider doing my grocery shopping here when there are so many other good choices in the area.

The items here are similar to most Targets but this one is just a bit nicer. The bathrooms were very clean and the home goods were displayed in nice showroom settings. This was also the first Target that I saw with a self checkout. This was nice bonus.

If you need anything ask Rachel! She is awesome and so cheerful! I was quickly shown where things are and in an industry that needs to distinguish itself somehow from the "marts"; Having awesome service like Rachel really makes me want to visit again.
