Ive read comments that restoration hardware s furnishings are expensive but it really depends on how you look at it. For example you might pay $299 for a simple child s tricycle but it is likely that in your lifetime and then in your childs lifetime, you will never have to repair or even replace that tricycle. Another example , you may pay $3,500 for a chesterfield but you will likely never need to repair or replace it. So you figure that you normally would e buying a new couch every 6-8 years, right? The couch will start to fade or the surface will rip or stretch, the frame will start to sag or you may simply change your decor. You figure each time you buy a couch you may spend 900-1500 plus taxes and delivery (Not to mention the time it takes to find one). In the long run, you will spend much less initially by purchasing a chesterfield which has a classic style and will endure if not exceed the test of time.
Now if you are the type of person who would prefer to buy a couch and keep it for a few years the. This RF may not be for you. You decide.

While there was a complication with my order, which was completely not a store level issue, the associates at the green hills store went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I was taken care of. When they say they want their customers to be satisfied, they mean it. They did everything in their power to fix the kink in the line to ensure that I got my items as soon as possible. No excuses, no justifying, all apology, all "let us make this better". Blown away. You get what you pay for, and while some people think that RH is too high of a price point, I beg to differ. You not only get quality products that are made well, but you also get treated well, by a staff that knows you on a first name basis, that is excited about your new home/space and is eager to help you in any way they can! I cant say enough good things! Cant wait to swipe again. Love you all! Thanks for everything!

Horrible experience - worst purchasing decision we ever made. While the furniture appeared nice, overall in comparison to similar stores it was very overpriced for the quality. Additionally, we had multiple delivery and billing issues with our accounts being debited without permission upon furniture being shipped to the warehouse. The sales reps at the store were worthless, with no sense of follow-up, thus unable to assist with anything constantly blaming their system or the customer support folks they were dealing with on the phone. It has been several months now of us requesting a simple statement showing all the purchases, debits and promotion credits, nothing yet with no firm apology. Lastly, the delivery company RH uses, is horrible ... they severely damaged our office wall and floors while putting up a bookshelf. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WELL NEVER PURCHASE FROM AGAIN! BUYERS BEWARE ... overpriced furniture with horrible service!!

I purchased a St James 5 drawer dresser in January 2013 from online. It was delivered promptly and was very beautiful. Three months later, I noticed that the front of one of the side panels was splintering and cracking. The side panel appeared to be shifting out. I called Customer Service. They were excellent. They credited my account the cost of the dresser, shipped out a new one, and the delivery people set it up and took the old one away. From phone call to delivery it was about 10 days for them to make it right. I am very pleased with the service. All of the rest of the furniture I have purchased from them is well built, so I am going to assume that this particular item was defective. I would definitely return to the store to purchase more items because they listen to their customers.

Worst Customer Service Ever!! Ive bought a lot of furniture from this company. Just called their customer service number and after listening to a ridiculous on hold message the voice then says, "hang up NOW!"!!! It then proceeds to say this over and over then you hear what sounds like a loud jet plane taking off. Its beyond bizarre. Once RH gets your money they completely forget about you. Im done buying anything from them. My furniture has been at the delivery warehouse for at least two weeks and they wont deliver it. Awful Service!!!

I found this location to have amazing customer serve. I have now been in with all my different questions, returns, purchases and style consulting and every time I had an amazing sales person be so kind and patient with me. Their products are amazing and I find fairly priced, especially when things are on sale, with that being said quality furniture is not cheap no matter where you go. Their products are of high quality and have the perfect blend of rustic chic. I would highly recommend going to this location.
