I wanted to share my frustration in regard to my delivery that eventually took place on Saturday 4-29-17. I was notified with a delivery window of between 1pm and 3pm. I planned my whole day around this timeframe. 3pm came and went, and no delivery, no call. I called the store at 3:15 pm and was informed that I was the next stop, approx. 45 minutes. That was fine. As it turned out, the delivery team arrived at 9pm. 6 hours later than the time given. I could have lived with that, if only their team that I spoke to numerous times had provided me with the truth from the beginning. I was lied to at each phone call, each time being told that my delivery was 45 minutes away. I know I was lied to, because the story that was told to me by Laurence / Lorenzo (I think Lorenzo told me his name was Laurence when I first called, but same exact voice) did not match up with what the delivery crew told me. I would have been fine with a 9pm delivery, I just wish that I was told that from the very beginning. I would have planned my day and night around that instead of being a prisoner in my home from 1pm to 1am. (they completed installation and delivery at 1am) The staff lied to me over and over again, everyone was very nice, but bold faced lied. Lorenzo, who did nice job selling us our furniture, was the person that couldnt turn off his sales side and kept selling me BS when trying to explain what occurred and when I would see my furniture. It is too bad, because we really love the pieces that we purchased, and were all ready to shop for our bedroom set, and eventually our dining room set from i - Deal, but due to this extremely negative delivery service and dishonesty, that will never happen.

The quality and price of the furniture is good. We ordered a bedroom set, dinette, coffee & end tables, and a sectional. Weve had everything but the sectional for about 2 months and have no complaints. However this review receives a 2 because the customer service was terrible. When the tables, dinette, and bedroom set came in, no one even called us. Had I not called to inquire about the delivery I wouldnt have know they were in. The real problem I have though is that we were told our couch would take 6-8 weeks to arrive, which is fine. I called after 7 weeks and was told someone would call me back & never received a call back. Same thing after 8 weeks. Finally got someone to call me back after week 9 (I told them I wanted a full refund until the couch arrives, as we had paid in full ahead of time, and magically someone called me back) and was told with a snarky attitude "we are still basically on time because I specifically remember telling you that 6-8 weeks was an estimate." Finally received the couch 10.5 weeks after we ordered it. I wouldnt have minded the couch taking longer, but the lack of communication and the attitude I was met with when I finally did receive a call really left a sour taste in my mouth.

I had a terrible experience with Ideal. I purchased a sectional, a recliner, a coffee table, a side table, a duplex fireplace, a mattress, a dresser and 6 dining room chairs. I spent several thousand dollars. From the beginning the invoice was wrong, the delivery took over triple the time we were quoted and they seperated the order and couldnt find half of my order. I called 2 months after I received the merchandise to make a complaint of a rip in the lining of the couch, that was obviously never switched shut. Two of my dining room chairs stitching completely came apart and the recliner made severe sounds. I called NUMEROUS times and I was told someone was coming and never showed. I played phone tag with the disrespectful manager who finally came out to see the issues over 4 months later! I was told a technician would be out and parts were ordered. It has once again been another 2 months of calls and emails with no prevail. Im going to contact BBB and I would never recommend this company.

We bought our new home and needed to furnish it. We dealt with Waleed and he was professional and courteous. He took his time to understand my wifes vision for each room and worked with her to design each room to her exact desires. The furniture that we chose is of excellent quality. Ideal Furniture Outlet personnel were in constant contact with us to schedule the delivery of the furniture. The delivery people were very professional and took the time to place padding on our hardwood floors since we recently had them refinished. When we received the furniture, my wife was overjoyed. As you know a happy wife leads to a happy life. We have recommended Ideal Furniture Outlet to our friends and family. We would never go any place else for furniture. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Absolutely the WORST customer service. Paid extra to get express delivery, and kept delaying the delivery and were incredibly rude about it! Initially, the company kept blaming the weather, which was completely understandable. They then promised that the couch would be here the next day by 3pm. I called numerous times to get an update and they did not text me back until 7pm..they then said they were half an hour away. 9pm rolls around and they still arent here, so I call and leave a voicemail and they text back "tomorrow morning 9am". Heres a tip, dont lie to your customers!!!! So rude and unprofessional. Will never purchase another piece of furniture from here again.

Awful products, awful customer service, awful company. I purchased a couch and the material started ripping a few months later. This hole grew and multiple holes developed from normal use of the couch. I dont have any pets btw. I contacted Ideal and they refused to do anything about it. Im not talking a minor rip. Im talking the size of the entire section and in multiple areas. It looks awful and hurts when you sit on it. Absolutely disgraceful way of doing business. I am taking ideal furniture to small claims court because this couch was not cheap. BUYER BEWARE.

I GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST THE REVIEW. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE PEOPLES MONEY. CHEAP FURNITURES AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU BY SELLING YOU CHEAP FURNITURES. THE MANAGER WAS THE WORST, REFUSING TO REPLACE MY FURNITURES AND TALKING DOWN TO ME AND INSINUATING THAT I WAS STUPID. WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM ON HIS ATTITUDE, HE RETRACTED BY SAYING "OH I DONT MEAN TO SOUND CONDESCENDING". MEANWHILE CONDESCENDING WAS WHAT HE HAS BEEN SINCE ISSUES WITH THE FURNITURES OCCURRED.

James was terrible when I called to ask about my delivery. He told me that it was my responsibility to call up and find out when the furniture had arrived to their warehouse to schedule a delivery and also Im supposed to call them on the actual delivery date to find out when theyre coming to my house. Ive furnished three apartments and a house and Ive never had to do my own scheduling. They had no problem taking my money and told me there was nothing they could do for me because it was my fault.
