We purchased a large L-shaped desk w/ hutch from OFD. We were told the hutch was not in stock and that we would be able to pick it up in 3 weeks. Well that was 5 weeks ago now. We have called twice and sent 2 emails. Our sales representative does not respond or call back. When we are able to get him on the phone he isnt able to give us a straight answer. We tried calling today and again our sales representative would not speak with us and we were told for the second time that they are trying to call the company that shipped out the hutch to see where it is. I told the girl Tina who always answers the phone that this has gotten ridiculous and within 2 hours she got the number and called but unfortunately they were closed due to the holiday. She told me she will follow up first thing Monday morning. She was great! Just disappointing that the guy we placed the order with has been avoiding us and never follows up to give a straight answer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

After Hurricane Sandy, we lost everything. Went to Steve for office lateral file cabinets. Even sent family members there. From selection, to building your own schemes, to computer diagrams, e-mails, deposits, deliveries, installation and occasional repairs, these past 4 years has been a terrific experience (no stress, no pain). I purchased some components for my home office here. I asked a lot of questions about ergonomic chairs and was given good info. by a very patient salesperson. I did not make a purchase on my first visit but was not hounded by the sales team upon leaving. I came back and made my purchases and again, staff was very helpful. The showroom is really as good as it gets - lots of variety, large open space, relaxed and inviting. I recommend it highly.
