Ordered shelf online to be pick-up at local Wesport store. Still no shelf one month later. Called their Customer Service 3 times. 2 times rep had absolutely no clue. 1 time supervisor could not suggest anything realistic about order availability and was constantly interrupting me with "Oh, I know, I know". Looks like folks out there just dont care. And that was in Westport!

We had to wait around for about 30 minutes to have them find utensils in the back. Once we came home, we realized they were serving spoons, not utensils. We were ignored for the time we were waiting, though we werent moving and no one seemed to know what we were there for when we asked to check up on our help.

The quality is better than average which is why there are rarely any meaningful discounts. However, store policies and practices as well as customer support is confusing (different answers to the same questions), which is why I only give three stars.
