I would give this store 0 stars if I could. 1. They ripped us off and tried to charge us more for the couches than priced (we found this out by cross checking with other Jennifer stores) 2. Once the issue had been raised the customer service to credit my account was HORRIFIC. They were rude, unprofessional and it has now been 14+ days with no credit received. When I call back to ask about this they continually say they lost my information and that the credit would be coming. RUDE RUDE RUDE and half of the time they dont even pick up, and when they do, expect to get the worst attitude in return. DO NOT GO THERE. Go to Stamford or MIlford store to save yourself the hassle.

Dont go to the Westport store. I gave them a $10 deposit which is supposed to be refundable if you do not buy. I returned the fabric sample. Now its impossible to get the credit back. They are telling me only the manager can do it. Shes never there! When I was shopping in the store she told me the life expectancy of the sofas are 5 years. Are you kidding me? The store was also dirty. Walls were dingy and there was garbage all over the floor. Rather than run a vacuum she was too busy eating. Never Again!

Terrible experience at Jennifer Convertibles. I do not recommend shopping here. Due to lengthy delays, I had to cancel part of my order. Ive been waiting for a refund for over 4 months. Terrible customer service, no one seems to know when I will receive my refund or why it is taking so long to sort out.

Came on a Saturday at 2 pm, well within posted hours. The place was locked up! Lights were on, but no one to be seen. I tried both doors and walked around the store thinking I was missing something, but no. No sign or anything. What a waste of time.
