UNBELIEVABLE!!! We paid over $4,000 for a defective furniture! Stay clear!!! When the furniture arrived, one of the sections of the sofa does not recline. We contacted the store immediately and instead of apologizing, their "Customer Service Manager" scheduled a repair a month from the date of the incident. She was quite snippy stating that the best she could do was have a repair man out a month from then. I dont want to pay $4,000 for a product thats defective! The store manager, "Cindy" said "We are making this right." she said. When asked; "Would you think this company is making it right if you received a defective product and need to wait a month for the repair?", she was stumped, and responded, "Its not defective because you can still sit on it. it just doesnt recline." GENIOUS! Why didnt I think of it??? I paid over $4,000 for the reclining sofa and even if it doesnt recline, I can still sit on it! Amazing! I tried returning it... but they said its "Impossible". Called the company, and the company said everything needs to be taken care of on the store level. The corporation itself will not take any responsibility for its location.
