Go Bots On the trail.

Very disappointed for how much I paid for grooming My dog is a miniature schnauzer she weighs around 12 pounds I paid omost $65 for a chi groom package haircut and everything else I never got the teeth brushing done a huge patch of her fur on her tail was never trimmed! And a few of her nails were not cut right and they were supposed to be filed down was also supposed to get the sugar cookie spritz perfume never got that also never got my paper explaining what services they provided after I checked out also was told a time she would be done that went over about 45 mins yes I understand things come up Beyond theyre control but it seems like they were rushing to get my dog finished to move onto other priorities. I will never come back here or recommend this place to anybody. For what I paid I should have nothing to be unhappy about.

I am a firm believer that it is just as important, if not more so, to report good behavior at it is to report negative behavior. That being said, I purchased a banana ball python this evening from this location. I had been there the weekend before and had fallen in love with him then, but he was pretty expensive and definitely an investment, so I had to be sure. I want to single out Drew for all of his help and knowledge. His goal wasnt to make a sale, but to find the best home for the snake and to inform me of everything I needed to know to give him the best home possible. I truly cant thank Drew enough.

Do not go here for reptiles. My ball python just passed away from an infection in his colon (3 months after I bought him here). Im not sure who they go to for breeding, but you will have much better quality pets from a reputable breeder. Save yourself the heartache and find a place that wont sell a sick pet. Also, I asked a staff member what they were feeding their ball pythons and she said crickets. So yeah, youll find much better quality reptiles and a lot more helpful people if you go elsewhere.

The employees are always extremely friendly and willing to help. This store seems to be a little smaller than other PetSmart locations, but the selection doesnt seem to suffer. It is conveniently located to other stores that you may also need to visit. Like all other PetSmart locations I have been to, they welcome pets inside. There is also a Banfield clinic, grooming, and pet training options available in the store.

We took our Great Dane there to be groomed and the groomer Patrick did a wonderful job with her. The whole staff in the store was just very nice and welcoming. We had a rough time getting her groomed in our Monroe MI store and I called the Rossford store that morning and they got me in that day with NO hassle. Very friendly people and great service! We Will for sure go back!

I specificaly requested my dogs nails to be grinded. I was called back a few moments later only to find that they clipped his nails and they were jagged, snagging my clothes and skin. I was very disappointed with there attitudes towards me when i requested a secound time to grind my dogs nails. They were not friendly at all.

So impressed with their grooming and Banfield vet. I have a difficult German shepherd that hated the vet and getting her nails trimmed. Here they handle her so well and with so much care. Definitely appreciate her change in attitude about these two (used to be horrible experiences every time)!

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Had a representative from Nulo dog food. She helped me decide whether to switch my pups off of puppy food to adult. Her information helped me decide. An employee helped me with flea shampoo. There was always employees close by to get help.

The workers here are nice and actually take good care of their store. If you live in Bowling Green, just drive a little bit more and go to the petSMART in Rossford, do NOT go to the petCO in BG. Bad customer service. At this Petsmart they treat you right.

This is The Only place local to me where I can buy Purina "One" Pro Plan-- Veternarian recommended for animals with touchy tummies. Krogers, Meijers, And everyone else near me sells the regular Purina food; which is okay for pets without food problems.

Went there to get a pleco and found the only ones for sale were in an aquarium with a dead fish and 3 swimming covered in white ich.... Notified the attendant and was told all fish have ich so dont worry about it...... NEVER BUYING A FISH THERE AGAIN
