This was our first experience purchasing a car from a dealership. We had made a stop at another dealership down the road and were very disappointed with the salesman. We decided to stop at Bill Brown Ford, and are so happy that we did! Ron Nowicki was fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. He understood our needs, helped us pick out a great Dodge Caravan and made us feel like we were important even though we werent coming in to buy a big ticket car. I put off buying a newer car for a long time. Its a very big purchase for me and I dont take it lightly. I was very budget sensitive but also wanted a great car at a great price.
