Worst experience I have EVER had anywhere. I purchased a vehicle about 3-4mth ago and was screwed over royally. I have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle. The day I bought it Drew told me that the tire pressure sensor needed replaced and that it was on order and he would call me when it was in to replace it. I have called every month repeatedly since then and I there and told the part was on order I needed to speak to the sales person I need to speak to the service department left multiple messages and then today I speak to Drew again and he tells me he never told me that he was ordering the part for me. He told me that he could order the part for me today but since its months later that he does not feel his management manager would replace the part for free and then I would have to pay for it. And in the meantime of me trying to call them to get the part replaced I now have ABS light to go off repeatedly and dont know why that is my brake light has been on ever since then which I cannot figure out how to get turned off do not do not I repeat do not go to Dan Hatfield for a vehicle worst total experience ever.

I just had a recall performed on my van and got an oil change, too. Service department was good. However, I will not be returning. When my vehicle was pulled around, some old timer from the front of the store started smoking right next to my vehicle which had windows down. My van smelled like smoke inside. I had my 2 children with me (2yo and 4yo) so I couldnt go back in, but when I called, the guy who answered the phone said, "yeah, the old timers just kinda do what they want." EXCUSE ME?! Is this a nursing home filled with dementia patients? NO! That guy is an employee who has just damaged the companys reputation! The receptionist said he will pass along the message to the higher-ups, but you never really know if thats true.

Went in to look at trucks, salesman said they were retailing for $20k. Called the next day and asked for a price on the same trucks and was told $9900 for one and $12500 for the other. They were using some shady tactics to make a sale and VERY pushy. I wouldnt go back if I had to
