My Account Executive, Joe R. in Columbus, Ohio made the difference in my choice to purchase a vehicle from Enterprise. Joe always contacted me by e-mail or telephone, depending on my availability. I had a slightly rocky start because of a miscommunication with the electronic system, but Joe was so considerate and professional after that mishap, I knew that when I was ready to purchase a vehicle he would be my first contact. He was patient, not pushy and followed up with me as I asked him to do for a few months until I was ready to make the purchase. The Finance Manager walked me through the financing process and was able to get the best interest rate for me. My auto insurance provider wanted close to $600 to insure the vehicle for two months on the spot, even though I was a "valued" customer. Another Executive hopped in and scoured the internet to get insurance quotes for me. In minutes I received a quote from SafeAuto for $198 a month for my new vehicle that also covered another vehicle I own. I wholeheartedly enjoyed the experience - Joe understood my budgetary needs and showed me great vehicles that were in excellent shape. I left Enterprise feeling like I made a good purchase and I still feel that way. I left with a spanking clean vehicle that looks brand new (33,000 miles) with a full tank of gas, and the offer of a free car wash when Im in the area. Five star does hold a candle to the work they did I am the most indecisive consumer that you could ever find. The service was fantastic! All sales representatives were extremely invested in helping me find a car that worked for me (Special shout out to Danae!) I never felt as if I was being pushed towards more expensive vehicles. They actually found a way to save me money on auto insurance onsite, keeping me well under my overall budget. I was nervous walking into a dealership to buy my first car- yet they they were able to ease me through the process while explaining everything I signed. A month later the car I selected drives great, and I am confident I bought from the right place. 10/10, would buy again.

They made it very easy to trade in my car and purchase a used van. I had rented a van the weekend before for an out of town trip. I liked it so much, I found a similar van on their lot. It has low mileage and I was very pleased with the no haggle price for the van and what I got for my trade in. They did all the paper work and arranged financing. They helped me move things from my car into the van and put my license plates on the van. I am very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of Jon and Mike. All of the staff who helped in the process was very personable and professional. I love their smooth, no haggle approach. Their prices are extremely reasonable. He really goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. Enterprise is a great place to buy a car too. They have 1-3 year old used cars that are in excellent condition and, which are thoroughly inspected, and they come with a 12 month warranty.
