Buying a vehicle from patriot Chevrolet was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any business. Initially the only issue I noticed with the truck was it appeared mold was growing on the headliner. I asked about that and they claimed the window must have been left down because the truck had no leaks or previous water damage. They seemed awesome until two weeks after buying my truck the check engine light come on. The truck would barely start and would not stay running. I could not drive it. I called to ask if the previous owner had any issues with this. I asked for the previous owners number (this was the second time I asked, first time was when I purchased the vehicle). I asked if they would check it out for me considering it had only been two weeks since I bought it. They told me they would get back with me on the previous owners number (never did), then told me there was no previous issues with the truck. They said they would not check the light unless I wanted to schedule an appointment for a diagnostic scan which would cost at least $75 dollars. They said that since any number of sensors could go out at any time they couldnt check it for free. Six months later I realize the back glass leaks. Which is causing mold to grow in the headliner. I contacted them again since I had mentioned the mold when I looked at the truck. Again they said they couldnt do anything about it since it had been 6 months. Even though I mentioned it to the salesman when I purchased it. The management their are very rude and talk to you as if you are lying or stupid. The overall experience has been a nightmare.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership! Not only did we get a crappy deal on our car and realized this after two years of having it and finding out our negative equity if we traded it in. But when they told me about consigning my car (they put it on their lot and try to sell it for me) I thought it was a great ideal. Wrong. It was completely unprofessional. I should have been tipped off when hey had no paperwork for me to sign when I dropped my vehicle off. Basically they just too my car and keys and that was it. Three months later and they never called to update me or anything. Every time I called they acted as if they didnt know who I was till I reminded them they were trying to sell my car. I finally picked my car up two weeks ago bc I was fed up with the i professionalism and lack of communication. Once I got home I noticed my license plate was missing and replaced with a patriot Chevrolet tag. Now I have been trying for two weeks to get this tag back! No one knows where it is. No one calls me back. Im done with this dealership and will not recommend anyone there. I will also make are others know that they are not there to help you. They are there to rip you off when they sell your car then you are nothing to them once they have your money.

Experience was outstanding. I had spoken to Stephanie Brown (Salesperson) who called me after I inquired about a used car (Toyota RAV4) on the Website. She was very well informed on the specifics of the car, very professional and very nice. Her professional and friendly demeanor is what prompted me to visit the dealership. Once my wife and I arrived, we were warmy greeted by Stephanie, who showed us the car, arranged for a test drive, and simultaneously had our trade-in appraised. She ensured she thoroughly knew our requirements and desires for the car purchase and trade-in value. We feel we got a very good value and very good deal on the car. Stephanie made our transaction easy, painless and enjoyable. We felt warm and welcome at Patriot Chevrolet. Several staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Stephanie called us a few times after our purchase to ensure we were satisfied and was genuinely interested in making us happy. As mentioned above, she was very professional and kind throughout the process. We would definitely call her the next time were ready for a purchase. Moreover, we would definitely recommend her and Patriot Chevrolet to prospective buyers! An outstanding dealership!!!

I had left some personal items on my jeep i traded in and Jason Bridges the salesman said he would put them aside and keep them for me until i returned later that month (dec 27th) for my detail. They were lost when i returned. Also i was told by him that he would pay out of pocket to touch up some chipped paint and they would do it on the same day as my detail since i live and hour and a half away. When i got there for that the paint guy had already left for the day! Jason then said he would drive to evansville and get my car and get the work done and bring my car back to me. I waited over a month before i finally called the manager. Jason actually did come get my car a couple days ago. It was returned today and there are still 4 spots on the handle of the back door with chipped paint! I also had to replace the wind shield wipers immediately because they were so falling apart. The paper on the car and online and Jason all said the vehicle had navagation and come to find out IT DOES NOT! I will never be back and i will never recommend this place to anyone! I have never had this many problems buying a car. Jason did not do anything for me. Every simple little thing that ive asked for has not been done.

I was sold a 08 corvette with the belts showing on the tires and the clutch fried. The sales person told me it needed to be serviced so I told him to have it done but then all of a sudden they couldnt for it in there schedule. I asked if they would replace the tires and they stated no the car is as is. They also stated the clutch just needed to be serviced and it was a easy fix. When I got home to check the car over there was no fluid in the clutch Reservoir and after being serviced there was no hope for the clutch, it was bad completely. I understand I bought the car as is but it doesnt make selling a unsafe car ok nore does it make sugar coating a very costly repair ok. I see it a lot as a sergeant in the US Army soldiers always get sold cars this way. I would like to see cars sold leaving the lot completely safe. I would never sell a family a car that the belts were sticking out of a tire thats bad for business.

In March my husband and I bought a vehicle from Patriot, used, no warranty. It ran fine for a little while then started having some problems. In April we found out that it needed a new engine. We were upset because we had just bought it. We went back to Patriot and explained the situation to Adam. His attitude was immediately, okay we are going to fix this. He had his mechanics go over our vehicle and they confirmed that it needed a new engine. Adam worked with us and today we drove off the lot with a newer, much better vehicle that they could have sold for a lot more money. We did have to finance a little bit, but Adam and Alan worked to find us the best possible deal. They gave us almost what we paid for our original vehicle in trade in allowance. They cant sell this vehicle. They didnt have to do that. But they wanted to make it right. We will always be Patriot customers.
