Refused service and asked to leave the store when I politely requested to see policy dictating I allow personal information above AT&T requirements be entered into a "local" store database. I entered this store with the intent of changing my plan due to a pending overseas tour. When asked, I provided proof of ID; which the store representative began to copy. When I asked why the store needed to copy the data from my Federal ID, he stated it was store policy. I pointed out the difference between this stores need for proof of ID and AT&Ts, asked him to stop, then offered there must be another way. He went for the manager. She immediately became defensive and stated it was store policy while acknowledging both AT&Ts policy and local/federal laws protecting privacy. When I asked to see the policy she told me she didnt have to show it to me and asked me to leave. No explication was ever offered as to why a face-to-face meeting should require the store to database additional personal information. Scary.

Went in after attempting to activate a SIM card for 3 hours at another store and with customer service to no avail. Called them to see if they could help and they refused to pick up despite 5 minutes of ringing. Went into the store anyway and the manager gave me a new SIM card and shoved me out the door, insisting that they wouldnt help and that they were all inordinately busy the 10 minutes prior when I had called, despite that there was currently only one customer in the store for the 6 associates on the floor. Terrible service from terrible employees who have no desire to do their easy jobs.

All staff at this location just spend time and were not helpful except Managar Sayed. We asked them question and helped us swich the line from Spring to At&t but they didnt explain us and even not attempted to move at&t as a old customer. Finally Sayed argued one them to help us and try to solve the problem. We just left them location.

After speaking with the ultimately rude service rep over the phone, I was fully prepared and expecting to go next door and switch to Verizon. The staff (starting with Jim) were attentive and helpful. Fabbio found where the problem was, fixed it and promptly credited my account. AT&T has NOT lost a customer today. Thanks guys.

Nas, the Assistant Sales Manager, at this location is fantastic! Hes helped me few times in figuring out my questions re: the bill, and tried to explain everything in detail. He was patient with me and wanted me to have the best deal. I usually dont write reviews, but I thought Id spend few seconds to share my experience with Nas.

On April 2nd I had the best experience at this location. Khalid Mustafa was so helpful and patient with my son and me. Not only did we upgrade my sons phone, Khalid reviewed our plan, switched us to unlimited data, added a new tablet, and added Direct TV. His friendly personality made this an amazing experience.
