I wish i could give this store a 0 star. Refi (or whatever the managers name is) is a useless, careless, least professional scum i have ever had to ask for assistance. Be sure to not get any promotions from this store, as they (the manager) will do all he can to blind-spot you and overcharge your bill after the second month of usage and ON. I moved to Tmobile because of a promotion. Refi said they were running a promotion of unlimited voice and data plus a free Iphone 7, and long story short, i was charged $145 monthly instead of $75 for 4 months!!! When i called him to discuss my bill he hided in his office, didnt pick up the phone, left me messages that he was sick, on vacations, or was off that week. Three months passed by and i was still feeling robbed and neglected. When i finally caught him in office he simply told me to wait 4 days and he may get back to me. I asked him how come would take 4 days to fix an overcharge issue and then he said "Do you really want to hear a story? this is what it is, if you keep on asking me i wont help you anymore!". The company may be a good one but the Reston store (at Fountain Dr.) manager will make this a horrible experience to you. Not worth it! save yourself from this obnoxious and dreadful store manager!!

I have had good luck at other T Mobile stores but not this one. Wife went in today to get contacts moved from her old phone to mine that I gave her. They were AT&T phones that we switch to T Mobile as part of their bring your own phone campaign and have been using on T Mobile for over a year now. She had inform him to move the SIM card over to get the Motorola phone to allow him in. Really, she had to tell a cell phone person to put a SIM card in the phone to get it to work. He keep saying something about why are this AT&T phones go to AT&T to transfer the data. Also that they normally dont transfer the stuff for customers because it takes to long. I find that interesting because just a week ago at another T Mobile store they were able to move the data to my new phone. In the end she never did get the data moved over because he couldnt get it to work and was told by a T Mobile person to go to AT&T to get the data moved over. Maybe we should go to AT&T to find someone who knows what they are doing.

Worst customer service you can imagine. I transferred my brothers family plan to my name and added my girlfriend to the account. We signed up on Black Friday which granted my girlfriend to trade in her phone and get the new iphone for half off. They did the deal on her old account and canceled the account so when she was added to my account, the deal was lost. Not only are we now paying the full price of the phone, her previous phone (which was paid off) was mailed in for which we got no credit. They basically lied to us about the cost of the phone and stole the paid off phone from us. When talking to the associates at the store about this issue, they said their was nothing they could do as the deal had already been singed. Additionally, I have been waiting for nearly 3 months for them to apply my military discount to my account which they said would take 1 billing cycle, and that still has not gone into effect. I encourage everyone to go to a different store, even if its not Tmobile!!!

Waited over an hour to talk to someone then was charged $26.50 for a SIM card replacement even though we already had one. The staff didnt care, and basically told us that was the only way and we had no choice. Its somewhat unbelievable that we had to pay that much just to have the ability to pay for actual service. I contacted customer care after visiting this store to ask about re-activating a sim card and they told me that the store should have been able to do it without charging me for a new one. Unfortunately theres nothing I can do about it now, they have my money. I would definitely recommend avoiding this store if you can.

The commitment and perseverance of the team at the Reston store is exemplary, sadly putting their corporate colleagues well into the shade in terms of delivering what was promised. I went to this store for four years. It was great in the beginning, but after my last JUMP upgrade they dropped the ball and apparently "lost" the phone I traded in. Now I am paying for both my new phone and the one I traded in. Its been over a month and still no resolution to this problem. I wouldnt recommend this store.

Associate did not inform that the port could take up to 4 business days and so was stuck without service for a few DAYS ... And, they also did not inform about having to go online in order to get ETF charges from the old carrier... $370+ damage...

Sorry, this is not for this shop. It is Tmobile company. Very Very Stupid customer service. I spent hours on the phone to get my cell unblock. It is four days now. I was told another supervisor may resolve it in 48 hours. How stupid these people.
