I came in to simply pick up something that my wife ordered online, and I ask one of the cashiers where do I pick up something that was ordered online, and I got this nasty attitude and making faces like "Ok what do I know " So she ask the other employee to help me cuz I I guess she was just not going to know anything about it!.. how simply was to say Im sorry Im not sure about it but let me ask!!! Some of this people just come to work and be miserable bad bad experience!!

Swishers Kicks

I went here for a Red Hat. I went to the hat section and only saw pink and white. I went to the check out and asked if they had red hats because I saw them online. The young lady working the register radioed to her warehouse manager and asked if they had red hats. She told her they do not carry red hats. I went back a few days later and they had red hats on display. Lack of product knowledge is not acceptable, especially at the management level.

Great framing department. I was weary about getting framing done at Michaels as some other locations had bad reviews, but I had a gift card. The lady that helped us pick out a frame and matting and had great ideas about what color combinations to use. She even pointed out that one edge of the painting was not straight which would be more obvious after framing. The finished product looks great and I would definitely go back.

Michaels is usually a place I go just to walk around and get ideas rather than seriously shop. The prices are not competitive unless there is a sale or coupon. This location generally seems understaffed.

Huge store but is dirty. The shelves are often disorganized but there is a huge selection of craft items. It has a large clearance section and large sales after the holidays.
