PLEASE READ BEWARE !! I have dealt with 4 wheel parts in other locations for years. I have built 3 vehicles with 4 wheel parts, in their shops and ordering parts thru mail. The other locations were very nice and honest. The guys at Miami Gardens are NOT very HONEST. Brought my truck in there to have something fixed. They said they i would have to leave the truck there. So i made arrangement to do so. I left it there over night and called the next day in the afternoon. When I called they said they had to order the part, and it will be in later that day. I said ok. Also I asked since you have the truck there please look at the front end suspension, and let me know if theirs anything it needs. They said no problem they will look at it. Got a call later that day and they said it needed 2 tie rods, a control arm and alignment.. They said the cost was going to be 1600.00$. I was shocked because the truck drove fine. But I have had TRUST in the STORE BRAND so I said ok do it. 2 days later they still didnt have the parts, and they said they couldnt locate them. So after having my truck for 4 days I went to pick it up and nothing was done. They said they will call me tomorrow when the parts are in. NEVER called me again. I was worried about the truck front end and went to another 4 wheel specialist. They told me 1 arm looks like it wearing and the arm cost 129.00$ (plus one hour of labor) I wasnt sure if I should trust this place because of the 2 BIG differences in opinions. I did not get it done. I was out of town the 3rd weekend after that and was in the vicinity of another 4 wheel parts location.(SAME STORE BRAND as the Miami Gardens). So I went in to let them look at it..... To make along story shorter they told me you have 1 arm thats bad on your truck. I have never wrote a review on anyone, 1st one ever.... SO BE CAREFUL OF THESE LYING GUYS ALL 3 IN THE FRONT WERE ALL IN ON IT

If there was less than a star, theyve sure earn it............. As a newbie in a jeep, these people not only ripped me off but they almost got me KILLED on 595. Went in to get fixed the DEAD WOBBLE and the shocks were shot............ Right after i left from their shop the vehicle was fine, however, once i got on the express way, one of the stabilizing bars was not thigh enough or was so thigh that it came off. Basically there was no handling and was so afraid for my life........ not even funny... immediately i returned to the shop and they where laughing cause they saw my face........ what kind of Crap..... Really???? Whatever, they fixed it supposedly and then the Jeep started to get the DEAD WOBBLE after 6 months. Went back to get my supposed warranty and they said that the Tires is whats causing the DEAD WOBBLE because they tried stock tires and it did not have the problem.......... REALLLLLLY?????? Come on Mike (supervisor/Manager)............ after spending almost $3,000 on your shop now you want me to spend another $2000 on replacing my Mickey Thomson tires which they are still have a couple more years to go? All this because your shop was not efficient enough to fix the issue on the first time? Thankfully ive found a serious shop that knows what they are doing and was able to fix it by changing the stock bar to an aftermarket bar that is able to handle the weight of the big tires, only costed $400 NOT $2000 for new unneeded tires. NOT A TIRE ISSUE............. stop RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!!!!............ AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.................. google any other off road shop and they will do a better job.......... than 4wheel parts....... and im not the only one that have had horror stories from this place.......

This guys installed brand new rims i bought from them for my 2011 Sahara Jeep. When I went to pick up my car I asked for my brand new original jeep tires that they just uninstalled to put the new ones. They told me they ran out of plastic to cover my seats so they recommended me to come back later when I had something to cover the inside of my jeep so they can put my original tires. I call them a week later letting them know I was on my way to pick up my tires, and the sales person told me that my brand new original tires were "disposed" because he said they have a sign in the store (wich I never saw) that says that if you dont pick up your tires within 3 days they "disposed" them. I ask to talk to the manager because nobody told me anything or made any reference to the sign. When I talked to the Manager he told me that yes, my tires were "disposed" (probably sold them and kept the money) but that he was going to call me within a week to give me the tires of another customer (or victim) I never heard back from them. I never even received a courtesy call before "disposing" my tires. Be careful these people are bunch of thieves!!!!!!

I must take time to write this good review because I am very happy with the service I recently received from 4 Wheel Parts with locally in South Florida and all across the country. I have a new 2016 Toyota Tundra and had a lift kit, tires etc done at Miami Gardens in Florida. My wife and I took off on a cross country trip and found we had problems. We first assumed it was tire issue and alignment but ended up being a missing bolt. Regardless, every 4 Wheel we went to was great - from the Las Vegas store , the Albuquerque Store, the Plano Store , the Jacksonville store and the outstanding service we received at the Oklahoma City store!! However, I must give a special thanks and appreciation to the New Miami Gardens, Florida Team- The Regional Manager, Garrett Higginson , and the Regional Service Manager Brian Hopkins and of course Rob Venero who Is the NEW store manger @ the Miami gardens shop.All three were excellent in orchestrating the lift/ tires correction issue and getting me all repaired in a timely manor. I really recommend this company for any of your offroad needs!!

WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE! I came to 4 Wheel Parts to have new tires and wheels placed on my Jeep. After completing the service I began to hear a knocking sound everytime I turned. I brought my Jeep back in to have it addressed, they said they corrected it but it was still there. I had to bring it to them a third time to finally get it corrected. I also had a similar problem with my tire pressure sensors, they said they corrected the problem but they did not. Finally, I scheduled an appointment to have routine service done and to look at the tire pressure sensors again. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and they tell me that I do not have an appointment scheduled and they can not help me. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Matched my online price and gave me a "1st Time Customer" special 3 year Warranty. These guys are a class act. Took an hour to install and fits perfect! Even invited me back for a BBQ on Oct 8th! ☆☆☆☆☆
