I brought a battery for my generator. The initial lady Katie was sweet and hard working. The battery did not work. I returned the battery and Shanti was extremely rude and told me the battery was the core. They already had my core and I had that receipt as well. The battery they sold me was expired, Im sure it was an honest mistake but Shanti was so rude, basically acted as though she wouldnt refund me for a bad battery they sold me. I knew I would get my refund rather through her or upper level management but her attitude was dispicable especially since they sold me a bad battery. Shanti needs to be in the unemployment line and someone with good customer service who needs a job should take her place.

I am all for equal opportunity companies like this one but when you have 7 women working walking around like they are chickens with their heads cut off. One doesnt know how to login the other has computer problems, and another one. Pleasr hire more knowledgable workers

Ive called several time and Ive been put on hold for over an hour. Kid you not the longest I have been on hold was an hour and 13 minutes... Lazy employees terrible customer service. Wont even check your engine code which they advertise. Go to autozone instead
