La verdad es que tienen un pésimo servicio sobre todo en español, el señor que habla español se niega atender al público en español. Discrimina a los que lo hablan y no lo pueden hacer en ingles, su presencia física deja mucho que desear, bien sucio y desgreñado. Además de hablar en inglés con su compañero de trabajo despectivamente del cliente sin saber que hay personas que SI entendemos el inglés y sabemos que nos están maltratando. No recomendaría eate lugar a nadie. La verdad es que necesitan hacer mesa limpia en ese lugar. El señor es bien desagradable.

The assistant manager didnt do much assisting through day I was there. He handed me a screw driver to detach whatever that was hanging beneath my car and walked away without actually helping or at least guiding me with what I needed to do! Chivalry is partially dead according to his behavior

The customer service at this store is great. They listen to you & are very courteous & helpful to their customers. There are times when it becomes crowded but all in all Ive had nothing but great experiences at this AutoZone location.
