I gave them a star because that’s the minimum i could do. If i could i wouldn’t give them a star at all. I called to ask about a product and all the sales person kept on saying was “no” “no” “no” i asked for an alternative to the product and he said no again. Very disrespectful and they don’t care about customers at all. Will not be coming back to this shop again.

This place is way back in a commercial complex but its a good retail store location with a warehouse of parts. They guys were willing to help and answered questions. I fixed my tail light with the correct bulb from their inventory. One gentleman showed me a trick to get off my stuck oil filter. Saved me time and money. Not as busy as the napa on davie rd.

They do not care about customer service. Was told by Matt he was to busy to find my part it was not where it should be. When asked to confirm another store had it he was to busy. Guy looked impaired or no sleep for days. I cancelled my commercial accounts and will never use advanced auto again. Very poor no customer service.

Nothing to write home about! Dirty as hell just walking in. Everyone there mostly like on their own time chilling! Lots of profanity back and forth! One guy finally took care of my order but it took a few people to get to him. Will not go back there thats for sure.
