I was really excited when Bennett opened close to my house, however, that excitement turned in to disappointment over a period of time. Here is why; The WRONG PART...these guys cant seem to get the right part. 9 out of 10 times the part is wrong. The wrong thermostat...twice, fan switch…twice, radiator cap...twice and a few more misc. parts... twice! The employees are usually nice and seems to understand what the customers are asking/wanting, however…in my case, I keep getting the wrong parts. Advance Auto and Pep Boys are on point…I’ll just drive the extra distance to get the right parts the 1st time. (Coral Springs)

Everytime I go to that location I walk out a satisfied customer. I recently dealt with Robert, the store manager and he does everything he can to help. Libi and Mike at the front counter are very welcoming and knowledgeable! Keep up the good work!
