My battery had died 6 months after purchase. Car only started when it was jumped. Brought it in & the battery passed the test & was told its the alternator? If its the alternator it would shut off as i drive which it didnt. Took it to a knowledgeable friend & was told the same thing, its just the battery. Brought it in again, told them it was a short circuit & the manager laughs saying thats impossible, then this time they power charged it 30 minutes to run a test. (it passed) Obviously its going to pass you charged it! Took it to a legit mechanic, spent 50$ on a diagnostics to be told.. ITS THE BATTERY SWEETHEART.Brought my car in a 3rd time, asked for the manager Alex Martinez who is the most unhelpful, RUDEST, human being alive. Major attitude, he literally waved his hand in my face dismissing me. I had every right to come in pissed off, I was car-less for over a week, spent 50$ for something I knew since day one! Of course they had to run more tests, which passed. (they normally only try twice) but by 6th try my battery read faulty & it was changed. The manager then has the nerve to say check the alternator WHEN I HAD PROOF FROM A REAL LICENSED MECHANIC something hell never be that my alternator was fine. He didnt listen to me at all, didnt even glance at the paper work, doesnt know how to handle an angry unhappy customer. Just walked away annoyed dismissing me. So thats my story lol never coming here again

Store 09386 They need to learn to service customers! I was arriving and found, and elderly lady limping pushing a car with a battery to her car, then putting on the trunk of the car, as soon as I was able to help her we get into the store. Thye are 2 employees the younger was helping a customer the other ‘older’ was doing nothing

Store hours appear to fluctuate. Theres been times when the door is locked 15 to 20 minutes before closing time or after opening times indicated on the door.
