This place is horrible I bought a tool set for my husband and he never used it was told that because it took me three days to return it, it had been used Hendrick was very rude to my husband and grabbed a socket and put it to my husbands face and told him "see its dirty!" I went back twondays later and The manager Alex checked the box and told me it wasnt dirty at all that he can tell its never been used! Thats the only reason they are getting a two star rating from me! Hendrick if you read this, you need to find out about some classes for customer service. You suck!

After waiting for help, because Im not a mechanic, but I saw in tv commercials they are the experts, I asked the guy which motor oil should I use in my high mileage car, he look at me like Im stupid because I told I didnt know, thats the reason why I asked him. I picked the wrong oil and h was like take that one I dont care even when he knew it was the incorrect oil. I left to advanced autor parts when a nice knowledgeable guy help and I even paid less for the oil. People like this guy destroys business every day.

Be careful when you go autozone in Homestead. They lie to you. They told me I need to change the alternator but I didnt need it. They do the same with my battery, they made me buy a small battery and I almost buy the alternator that I never need it!!!. I lost the whole day for them!!! and they had the WORST SERVICE
