The staff is not well versed on how to diagnose a bad battery. They rely on a little green light to tell them a battery is ok even though its not and will not hold a charge after a few hours. When you ask if they fast charged and out a high load on it as part of the test they give you a blank stare (they dont know what theyre doing). This results in denial of a valid warranty item. Not doing business with Advance after this incident.

Ordered a few parts online for pickup. Beware! They charge a "$10 base fee" to order online. On top of never having the items ready for you when you actually go to pick them up. Otherwise service is great.
