I purchased 4 appliances for my new home: refridgerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. I love all the appliances and the prices were more than reasonable. George from Rego Park helped me and what I like about the store is the personal attention I received. The manager, Adrian, was involved in my purchase and exchanges of small parts, and he was both personable and accomodating. I love investing in my new home and I enjoy the purchasing experience from P.C. Richard. Ill go as far as saying I would even pay more because of the personalized attention, wheras I tried making the same purchase elsewhere but I couldnt get anyone to help me. George took the time to make sure that I had the correct measurements of my basement door in order to save me the headache of waiting for delivery only to have to send them back. Also very important to me was the quick delivery: I purchased on a Sunday and delivery came on Tuesday. The delivery crew were hardworking guys. My only critique is that I was not told that there would be 2 separate delivery trucks for my 4 appliances, so I did panic when the driver called to confirm they only had part of my order. Overall, I highly recommend P.C. Richard for a happy shopping experience.

I been a customer of this location for a very long time! Mr. Fausto has become my person to go ask first about any electronics I need to buy. He always been helpful ! knowledgeable! Very funny character ! Even when I dont go he recognized my children and help them as I was there ! This particular store has very nice staff, everybody is always happy ! Smiling ! when I show up they point at where Fausto is ! lol or when Fausto is not working ! Still the staff delivers an out of this world service ! Especially to my dear lady Winsome that also works there and never has a day off !!!!! But I will address that with the manager, she needs a day off please ! (Joke) she is amazing also very helpful. One thing I am going to say now is this, even that Fausto and windsome and this locations staff is amazing, one of the things that drive me to this company to shop is the fact that the owners respect the holidays and give theirs staff of on those sensitive holidays of the year off! Thanksgiving day come to mind ! When the others are open PC Richard & Son is closed. Please keep it like that. You have a loyal customer in my family and me, I also let everybody know where to shop.

I returned to P.C. Richard this past holidays to purchase a number of major appliances we needed. Although we live on New Jersey and have a local store , my husband and I both feel that is very worthwhile to travel to the Rego Park, Queens store of P.C. Richard where we can deal with the sales rep Ronald who we found in the past to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and importantly honest and patient with a great and welcoming attitude. We were not disappointed. Ronald was true to his well earned reputation. Although he has lots of people that come to see him , he took the time to explain everything to us with expertise on each item that was surprising. When dealing with RONALD, we did not have to shop elsewhere because we felt certain that he was giving us the best price and the best advice on what we should purchase with complete honesty. He has a wonderful attitude and disposition which made our trip an enjoyable affair. The installation was excellent and Ronald also confirmed with me that this was done correctly. Thank you Ronald

These days I purchase most of my electronics items online. As I needed to buy a gift and not having enough time prompted me to walk-in to PC Richards Rego Park location. The reason I chose this location, because of their free parking. You have to drive in from the back street. As I walked in, stumbled upon a gentleman name Syed. He was extremely professional and answered all my questions. It showed how knowledgeable he was about various electronics. I like doing my research online as I can compare multiple products. I didn’t need to buy a TV but I asked him about two TVs (LG and Sony). He not only told me the differences but went and beyond explaining why. He knew I wasn’t ready to buy a TV at that moment but still took his time. Now I feel obligated to buy the TV from him (Whenever I am ready) as long as he matches the price which I believe he will because of their price match. As I was leaving the place, reminded me how much time, I used to spent in Electronics store. I will go back again.

I had visited the store twice. First time yesterday, to see the selection and pricing of an window AC unit. The sales associate, Kevin, gave me the introduction and I decided to go home and think of it - and see if I could get a better deal somehow else. Dont we all? Well, turns out getting a unit, with installation at a good rate isnt so easy so with 90 degrees outside I decided to go back to the store today! Same sales associate, Kevin, promised to work with me to get the unit and all the other things within my budget. And he did! I was very happy with the outcome and the overall service and personal attention we (my 9-month old son and I) got from several of the stores associates. I ended up getting a little extra rebate and Kevin was able to get me an earlier installation date than first expected. Now, Im just waiting for the 70s (degrees!) to come back and the unit to arrive. Thanks Guys, youre awesome! And Ill be back! :-)

Ive experienced the worst service here ever. Living two minutes away from the store, I shopped for a laundry machine here because they told me that they will deliver, install, and remove my older machine. When they got here, they simply left the machine in the middle of my living room and left saying they werent allowed to install in a building. After talking to the rude manager who refused to listen to a word I say, he told me to install the machine myself and remove the machine myself! After paying, and agreeing with the staff that installation will be included just the day before, they suddenly change their words and say that due to my old machine having a drier attached, they wont so the installation. How does hat even make sense. When Im paying, theyre nice. But afterwards, they are the worst to deal with. The price isnt even that great anyways. Dont go here. Youll simply overpay for a load of stress.

Needed a refrigerator badly. I already had in mind which model I wanted and, how much I was willing to pay for it. I went to P.C Richard in Rego Park and spoke to Francisco Paulino. Unfortunately the refrigerator was out of stock. Frank gave me a host of options. He let me know of other lower priced models that might suit my situation better. He sensed my apprehension. I wanted the fridge in mind at my price, but I need it now. He made a few calls and sourced my fridge. It would take a day longer to deliver but, he even beat my bottom price. While walking me out, I mentioned that I was in the market for a new washer/dryer set. He ran down some prices quickly and, got me a great deal. He and Syed got my order installed and working, a full day before my delivery date. Cant say enough. In a pinch? See Frank.
