Terrible Experience!Terrible customer service!!!! Called ahead of time to get a price estimate to repair the cracked screen on my IPad 4th Gen. I was told $59 on the phone. Upon arrival, I was told a higher price. Since it was still a good price, I decided to proceed with the transaction. I was told to return in 4 hours for pick up. When I returned, I was told they did not have the needed parts and should come back the next day. They were supposed to give me a call once completed, but I never received an update. Long story short, it took 5 days to fix my IPad, despite their quick service promise. I reached out daily to for a status update, and was told to wait another day. I was told that the price would be dropped due to the inconvenience. Upon pick up, a $9.00 discount was offered, a courtesy discount that was in no way comparable to the inconvenience ans stress of multiple store trips. Did I mention that they gave me a white screen even though my Ipad is Black!!!!!! Terrible!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND! Skip this overly busy and slow store and pay for better service elsewhere. I surely will.

About a year ago I took my Ipad Mini to be fix due to having a crack screen well thanks to this store I now have NO ipad Mini. They fix the screen but now the button didnt work I took it back and this time They had it for over 6 months and once it was given back the button couldnt be fix so it could no longer be charge. I didnt learn there I decided to take my Kindle which also had a crack Screen and this time it only took one week of total lies to then tell me that they could not fix it. This store is the worst. be very careful when you leave you expensive item to be fix. I will NEVER EVER take any thing to them or even buy anything from this store. Worst store ever.

Do not go here. You will waste your time and be mislead into paying more for a repair than you originally intentioned. Terrible company with terrible business practices. Absolutely do not know how to treat a customer even though they were at fault. I went there feeling optimistic with a broken iPad. I left feeling defeated and confused... with a broken iPad. Could not replaced my screen and wanted to give me my IPAD back without a screen (because they lost the original cracked screen). In short, I will never come here again and I hope you do not too. A lot of employees but a lack of brains. Typical Bronx ish. Avoid and save yourself the headache :(.

This is a shoddy ghetto shop that employs the Worst of the Worst. Counter person at the So called Repair Station was Rude-Nasty. My Samsung tablet was not properly marked when checked in and was lost among the unorganized customer inventory. I was quoted a price and they tried to do the Old switch and bait Hokey Pokey scam. Consumers, please beware of this place and make sure that everything they quote and say is documented on your claim ticket. P.S...make sure to photograph your electronics so you have the serial no# and distinctive marks recorded, these Scammers are known for switching and taking parts off customers property.

I found this place on Craigslist while looking for places that did screen repairs. I called earlier during the day and the person I spoke with confirmed it would be $79 to get the glass on my GS5 replaced. When I got there--after driving from Brooklyn--I was quoted at $169 and told it would take 1 to 2 hours. A second employee told me that they could do a $79 repair but it would take 24 hours. I walked out after that. The reason I gave them two stars was because I felt that the information they provided in their Craigslist add and over the phone was inaccurate. To be honest I felt like it was a bait and switch.

The other day I accidentally dropped my phone on the street and to no surprise it was shattered. I work on the boulevard, and pass by here all the time seeing that they sell electronics. I recently found out that they do repairs as well, which was perfect cause Im always on the block. I stopped by and dropped the phone off during lunch and picked it up on my way home. very happy with the experience.

I buy regularly from here, since I was young, however I didnt know they did repairs. I came across them again when I was searching for ipad repairs in bronx ny. This place is pretty dope I buy my electronics and accessories from here and now get my repairs done as well. These guys have been here for as long as i can remember, always serving the area. keep doing what you do! A+

My iPhone 6 cracked to the point where it was a colorful screen .. I took it here to get it fixed since Apple charged about 300 & here it was 120.. My phone is great as new !! But the didnt put the screen tight enough because on the side I can see a light from the inside & on my screen its a small white spot thats brighter than the rest of my phone

They are liars. I bought an a.c. on Groupon from them and paid online, then I stepped in 48 hours later, they made me pay taxes, even I made the paiement online, after that the manager or the owner came and told me that they dont have that product anymore, they sold them all

I needed to get my iPhone fixed fast. I found this place on Craigslist having the best prices. I came in with a shattered Galaxy s6 and came out with it looking brand new. Plus they gave me a screen protector to cover my new screen Great service

My niece went in with a cracked screen and left with a fixed one but it stopped working after a week . Complete black screen and when she brought it they blamed it on an imaginary Crack. I think they gave her a refurbished screen .
