Edit (5/6/17): quality issues, racial abuse. Edit 8/4/17: moderate effort has been taken to make it somewhat less racially tense with the staff, but its still a bit awkward. A lot of room for improvement. ____________________ Freshness of products are on occasion questionable. Be sure to check every single date, and check that it has been stored properly (ie: the label says freezer case item, and its in a fridge). Products run out and rarely get restocked within months. Many foods spoiled from freezer burn in the freezers. Be prepared for racial outsider abuse. Problems with vicious abuse and bigotry against race and perceived social class, encountered from both customers and cashiers. Deeply painful shopping experiences. Favorite abuse tactic dealt out by customers: you turn around and find them digging through your shopping cart with a malicious grin, then they ask you to verify that its your cart, and then they proceed to judge and ridicule the foods you purchase. One woman demanded repeatedly for me to "explain to me what exactly are you getting that is so good that your buying this much of it- I have to know!", and after being pumped several times about it being ready-made entrees, she told me haughtily "Thats all I needed to know," then smugly sashayed off, as if its a disgusting thing for a woman to grab ready-made food. Reoccurring attack.

Needed Samo seeds. Researched and found Medina Bazaar, Kissimmee, online. I was in the store for at least 10 minutes and the owner was on the phone for at least 9 minutes and did not acknowledge me. When I finally interrupted he gave me a half ass apology. Told me right away he did not have Samo seeds which was unbelievable. Advised me to go to Patel Brothers in Orlando. So about 30 minutes and many miles later I arrived at Patel Brothers in Orlando. Not only did I get what I wanted the staff was totally awesome. Yes I would recommend this store.

Super awesome Indian grocery store, definitely the best in south Florida and the best Ive ever seen. Great quality and customer service. I drive 40mins to shop here! Thats how great this place is! I came here to buy herbs and spices as whole foods and other grocery stores lack there of. * Fresh groceries, bulk herbs, spices and teas, flours, homemade Indian food, Indian snacks, THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!

Today I was waiting for my wife in the parking lot and I saw one of their employees having lunch outside near the dumpster in 81 degrees. You treat your employees like this and expect us to give our business to you. The store owner if you seeing this msg you should be ashamed of yourself. If I see this again I am definitely going to complain to the concerned authorities!

Once stop shoppe for Indian groceries / vegetables. I would prefer to buy vegetables which are not available in Costco or Walmart. For instance Onion, tomato, banana etc.., are costly in Patel brothers. Even you can buy cheaper and good quality rice in Costco. Most of the staff are friendly.

Overall a good Indian store with good variety of items. Navigating the aisle can be a problem as its too tightly spaced especially with the shopping carts and re-stockers milling around.Read packaged labels carefully to ensure they are not expired as I did notice some spoiled packaged food.

Neat and clean store atmosphere also they import quality products and nice housekeeping compare to others . Dont expect more freedom since it is a desi store .Respect the store policies and while negative commenters dont hesitate to visit other stores and have a perusal on their stuffs too

terrible service. Always stock people in the way and rude cashiers that wont call another even where there are 20 other store personnel in the store so they let you stand there. It is S - Wad thats for sure. I might not go back..

I can wander the isles for a long time taking in the rich diversity of aromas and scents. They have an excellent assortment of exotic spices, fresh veggies, and over fifty different rices. They are at the top of their game.

I would give this 5 stars but the lanes are narrow and it takes forever to get through aisle on busy times. The produce is fresh and well priced. The only complaint I hace is that the lanes are narrow. The rest is positive.

Huge Indian supermarket! Loved the fact that I could find most of the items that I needed. Quality of products is much better than other places. But found some of the items to be overpriced, so you got to watch out for it.

Carries a good range of indian products. Though its on a pricey side. The only thing which fits against it is that the produce is usually stale or poor quality and they do not allow exchange or returns.

It is a great place to find materials for daily uses, but some products are not up to the quality. Also sometimes the vegetables are not fresh
