The staff are very helpful, courteous and efficient. I am cross, however, that the store stopped stocking a favourite item of mine some weeks ago but it is still available at other branches. Then in an email showing me special offers at this branch, this product is the first one featured! When I queried this at the customer service desk, the clerk could offer no explanation. She did, however, promise to mention this to the stores buyer/stock clerk. The item in question is Polar half and half grapefruit and lemon mixer. I await your comments. Thank you.

I love the new store,the customer service and mostly the fuel perks. Tonight a manager walked up to me while I was waiting on the pizza and pasta I ordered and gave me a coupon to pay for my dinner. Awesome. I especially am loving the fuel perks. Right now I am at $3.40 off of gas. Last time only paid like 2.35 total for 20 gallons and in November I only paid tax when I filled up on the 20 gallons.

Well stocked and clean. Staff is friendly..Cashiers were abundant, and efficient..Watch out for there potato salad, it is no longer Winn-Dixie brand, and was expired...OK not all there staff was friendly the deli man was a douche and his rancid potatoe salad sucks. I want winndixie to know your only getting 4 stars because of your deli man and his rancid potatoe salad.

Usually has good weekly deals, doesnt have much variety and not always wallet friendly but easy to run in and out. Offer a point reward system to save if you have a card. (Cashiers will set you up with one if you dont have one) Inside a plaza near a local bar and grill, phone companys, multiple banks, fast food places, gas station, and more.

Took back an item that I didnt have a receipt for. Since I didnt have a receipt, they gave me the lowest sales price for my item. I showed her my bill total on my phone, but the customer service rep said that didnt matter. I ended up getting back half of the money that I originally paid for my item. Not cool!

Not impressed with some of the Winn-Dixies in the area but this one is really nice and clean. We get wings from here almost every Friday. My only complaint is sometimes they have been sitting for to long and they are really dry. Other than that great place all around.

I love Winn Dixie but I am getting so tired of buying food at this store that has already been opened. I bought ice cream and someone had stuck their fingers in it and ate it. Nasty. I dont think its managements fault, just the people that go there.

Overall a decent selection of items. Is a clean and well stocked store. The only recommendation I would make is to add baskets throughout the store in case someone decides that they want more groceries then they were planning

Their organic produce needs a lot of work and more options. As well as to carry more items that publix offers throughout. Their switch to Plenti seems to produce less reward points, oh well.
