I needed a headlight on a rainy afternoon. I bought the lamp only to find out that I was short on tools at hand, and the bolt holding the battery in was very stubborn. Cold and wet I went in to ask for help. Obviously, Im not a pretty woman yet they helped me anyway. In the process I opened up a can of worms as what usually happens when you tackle an easy project. These guys helped me all the way. Really cool. Although I left tired, cold and soaked, I was a happy camper.

Any time I need parts I call Clackamas Auto Parts. They are friendly, never talk down to me just because Im a woman, help me figure out the parts I need and are patient when I dont know things like engine litres or size of something on my car. They offer me a variety of parts and prices for each thing I need. If its not in stock, its usually there by the afternoon. Close, convenient, reputable. I like supporting small, local businesses. Theyve been around for a long time.

Love this place. Relaxing just to walk inside. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and yet not over bearing. Guys were sitting talking politics and just hanging out. Ive been to cigar bars more uptight. They had what I thought was a common part that Auto Zone didnt carry. I will drive from Portland to get my part here now.

Excellent customer service and good selection. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. I came in to buy a couple of quarts of oil and the gentleman behind the counter came out to help me and put the oil in the car for me. Very happy and will be coming here again for auto parts needs.

the service is fast, they are friendly and do good work. What more is there to want? I am a return customer. If you go in on your lucky day there will be a few old-timers holding court at the parts counter. It is something not to miss.
