Today was a good day at AutoZone. I went in to get ATF fluid for a Mustang convertible pump. Manufacturers recommends Dextron ll, but thats pretty much outdated. Was told the equivalent and got that. Pump works fine with no apparent leaks from seals. Another time I went in to get a battery checked. They checked the battery without taking connectors off. Told me battery was at 0% and needed to be replaced. Had they check the battery from to terminals without connectors on, they would of seen the battery was 12.8 volts with 620 amps. Hadnt I gone to another place for a second opinion, I would of been out $145.00 for a new battery instead of $15.00 for a new connector and wire splice.

The staff at this location is very knowledgeable and helpful about in depth issues as it relates to any brand of automotive, import or domestic. Tho not a professional mechanic, Im very knowledgeable about the maintenance and repair of my vehicles, right down to the engine and transmission replacement. On occasion I have declined assistance from the staff (which are always attentive to your needs) only to arrive at the checkout counter and have the employees inquiry reveal that I had chosen the wrong part for my vehicle. Love those guys, theyre great!!

Came here to get new windshield wipers for my car, their website suggested size 17A. I installed them on my car and discovered several weeks later when it rained that one of the wipers was too big, and hit the top of the windshield, causing the wiper to bounce and do a very poor job of wiping the windshield. I took the wiper back nearly a month after I got it (first time I had a chance), with no receipt, and the guy (wish I remembered his name) was very friendly and didnt wait a second to offer a full replacement of both blades, at the correct size.

went in just to buy lights for my car the older lady helped me she was really nice :) ready to go and car would not start up I did not know what to do ? came back in younger girls seemed busy kinda like I was a hassle but Edward came out was friendly and put in the battery for me cause I didnt have tools to do so thanks a bunch !

Nice well stocked location kept in neat order. Staff is friendly and helpful, as well as honest even at the price of selling a cheaper part than originally planning on purchasing. They make sure youve got everything you need, without trying to upsell you on an unneeded pricier version

Like usual with autozone, huge waste of time. I always leave unsatisfied and i always regret going there. There is plenty of better places to buy better parts for better deals.
