The technician was very, very friendly and confirmed suggested problem, evaporation fan. So part was "special order " and couldnt be fixed at $99 price, of course not. Okay, but a week, an email and several phone calls later no follow up contact? Duh, manager says he couldnt read model number as written by technician which was the actual part number. A week later, what difference and regardless did this make? Why would customer have to call back to find out theres a fake problem? Definitely fake because a return call back from WMM parts manager/owner a few minutes afterwards had the part ordered and a new scheduled repair date albeit another week away given the Thanksgiving holiday. So foods on the porch and sharing a neighbors fridge and freezer while having guess, great. Repairs $173.14 with no adjustment for the exordinarily bad service. Was given 90 days warranty extension but question the cost for the part. The technician has no authority to order parts BTW and permission would have been given day one by customer to WMM so that dog dont hunt either.

First experience using them and I would not recommend. The first day, they came and took my dryer apart and told me they have to order the part but they didnt know how long it will take for them to get it. The next week came and I set up an appointment because they called and said the part came in. I waited from 10-2 in which is the 4 hour window. When I called them, they said they was running 1 hr behind. I had to reschedule because I had to work and once again, which is today, I had a 4 hr window from 10-2 and it is know 3pm and I had to call them just for them to tell me they are 1 hr behind for the 2nd time in a row. Did I mention my dryer was taken apart and left as is so I have no choice but to wait on them. ****FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!****

The absolute worse. We bought an refrigerator and a deep freezer, neither worked upon arrival, but they made us wait 48 hours just to be sure before they would send someone out to even check on them. The second deep freezer worked and still works. However it took the mechanic no less than 2 weeks to get the refrigerator working. The is was over Christmas and New Years. The didnt believe us when we would tell them each time it wasnt working. They were not kind or helpful over the phone. And would you know two weeks past our "6 month warranty" The refrigerator stopped working completely, no lights, no cold, no fan. We didnt even bother to call this horrible company with the ordeal and went with another company.

This has been the worst experience ever! I will never purchase anything else from this place. This refrigerator has been nothing but trouble. The customer service is horrible too. The female that answers the phone should be out of a job. She is extremely rude and needs a huge lesson on the concept of “The customer experience.” Additionally, the repairmen never come on time if at all. I had an appointment and they never bothered to show up or call and this isn’t the first time. Ill be getting rid of this piece of junk refrigerator and will let everyone know about the poor experiences with this company. Stay away from this company because it isn’t worth the hassle!

The staff is very unprofessional, except the friendly technician. They sold me a refrigerator that did not work correctly. When the technician came out a second time after food spoiling again, he said he recommends another refrigerator. I went to the store and Tasha said they had none available at even price so pay more money for a more expensive one if I want one right away. She also stated "put my food in a cooler on ice until they get more in." Buy your appliances elsewhere, trust me.

Called the Washing Machine Man for my broken dryer, which didnt have any heat. He came over and diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. He called his parts supplier and got a new circuit board to my house within a half an hour. Once installed, the dryer was working again! The best part was the price...way cheaper than what I had read the repair cost other people with the same problem. Totally recommend him for any of your washer/dryer repair needs.

The owner takes money to get a part that doesnt fix it and doesnt give me the money back , come to find out after 3 visits from him a real person assessed the situation and the freezer compresser was shot! He didnt know that ???? He didnt pay back and was never on time. Then he is walking around all over flirting Hes on something for sure he was acting nuts!!!! Horrible they are crooks read further reviews ! Seriously dont use them !

Made an appointment for refrigerator repair. The technician told me 3 different things wrong with it. Neither he could fix bit then said it needed freon. However, he couldnt do it, so he gave me his "friends" name and number for home to come out. No thank you, by the way he said it was free to look at but he charges $20 not the company. Where do they do this at? Rip off, con artist and very unprofessional.

I purchased a washer/dryer set from them about 3 yrs ago... a few weeks ago my dryer stopped getting hot, so I went up there with the intentions to purchase a new dryer when they said they could have some one come over to look at it and if its fixable, only $60... so right now, Im waiting on my 12:00 appt, if he gets here on time and can fix it, Im giving him a $40 tip....

Ive done business with Washing Machine Man for at least 15 years. My 1st washer & dryer I got from them ran at least 7 years with about 3 service calls. The only reason I dont have it is because it was lost in a flood about 5 years ago. I have to agree with the others regarding the delays. But the repairs they have provided have lasted.

I paid cash for my machine they said it would be delivered between 11 and 3. I waited until 2 and called they said it would be delivered. Called at 2:45 and they said it would definitely be delivered today. 4:00 and still no delivery. I will go and get my cash back and buy somewhere else. Dont go thru the hassle!!

This is a business that aims to take advantage of their customers. They exceed at making a sell yet fail at providing A1 customer service. I wouldnt send my cat to this establishment and I am not a fan of cats. If you can afford your appliances brand new I highly recommend doing so!!!

There appliances are not the same. Techs came out two times . I will never go to them again and will not tell nobody else about them. This is not the original washing machine company. This person told me not to go there I wish I would have listen and read reviews before I purchase.

Friendly professional service, extremely honest and reliable. These guys delivered a re-conditioned washer, installed it and removed my old one with a 12 month full fix or replace warranty for less than $200! A Supreme example of customer service!!!
