Bought a Fridge 2 months ago, the motor gave out because it was over freezing. So after that complaint, they brought another fridge. This time, the waterline was clogged and after many many many calls, no one came to rectify the situation. So on 5/25/16, I called and spoke with Nikki and she apologized for the inconvenience and scheduled a technician to come to the house on today between 3pm and 6pm. I further explained that if my service needs arent met, I will call the Better Business Bureau. Well around 4pm today, I called and Nikki picks up and pretends that we never had a conversation and said we never spoke and my name wasnt registered in their system. She stated the technician will get around to it when he can. I am reporting this location and this employee. They not only need a lesson in customer service but also training in doing their job.

My washer went out and I only had it for 4 months and I was told a week ago that someone will come to fix it. But of course no one showed up. I will be going back in the morning. I either want my money or another washer. Please dont shop here you will have huge issues !!!!! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!!
